I looked at my account yesterday am GMT and the account showed 80K+ available. Everyone else with an account there with BC in it had the same thing happen. Everyone withdrew and wiped out CR's BC balance. I tried also but it was too late. I don't see how this is anyone's fault but CR. |

Surely Mintpal should be taking a note of who is selling loads of coin. And even setting up different addresses to do so. one for the police if the other exchange did get robbed and they are selling them on mintpal.
And to my mind if things have happened it should be investigated.
For the rest of us we have to keep calm and carry on. But remove our bc from exchanges.
Second that. I'm not holding in exchanges any longer. Can't fucking trust any of them. |

Update on BlackCoin: Still waiting for the developer to assist us with the issues we're having.
Cryptorush sucks. How did every other exchange manage to get it working, but they cant? It takes less than 5 minutes to rebuild the daemon from source. They can't even keep BTC working either. Could a Dev please assist cryptorush in fixing their Black coin wallet. I have a heap their that have been "frozen" since last night (Australia time). I promise I will move them to a more efficient exchange.....Please! (we know your busy but just this once ) Also anybody else unable to withdraw their BTC from Cryptorush? CR IRC says 1.5 blackcoins have been stolen. All blackcoin balances wiped out. 1.5? 1.5 million, sorry Could partly explain the dumps at mintpal - stolen coins hitting the market there  Feel sorry for all BC-owners involved.. An exchange should be carefull with other peoples money. Yea, there was crazy selling going on at the time this was happening at CR yesterday morning Europe time. I think most of these have been dumped already. |

Go find an attorney and ask him what it's going to cost you when you get your first federal court complaint. Keep fucking around with people's identities and you're going to find out pretty quick.

We're going to keep going with our original plan and obviously not try to get any major celeb supporter but rather move forward on the merits of the technology and it's potential for fundraising. New sites and information will be released later tonight and into tomorrow. Wow, really? This is an actual response from a Dev? What are you, 17? Okay, I'm inclined to believe takiecoin's explanation of events and I think his apology is sincere. Are we really going to take this new team seriously though? I thought this coin was going to be about helping animals. Clean water for all is probably a better cause and that crappy ass attempt at a logo is more related to that, but that's not what was said this coin is going to be about. I guess any good cause works. My guess is these guys are outside the U.S and they aren't really worried about the potential legal liability they've just taken on. I see another p&d coming. |

On it's face, it looks like the developers and others knew George Takei was not on-board with the project prior to the coin going to Cryptsy. A lot of people, me included, lost money on that move which wouldn't have happened if the announcement was made a few hours earlier.
The aggressive paid voting Cryptsy campaign and Sunday announcement carrot appears to have been a total setup. Watching the trading after the deletion of twitter and facebook accounts and the takeicoin website it appeared as though insiders were there buying up cheap coins with the knowledge that there was going to be a re-branding.
With that said, I picked up all the main domains for the names that are considered for the re-branding. Offers can be emailed to suspect at takcoin.com.
What a nice way of doing bussiness. Since when is fraudulent misrepresentation a nice way of doing business? I'm just looking to recoup some of my losses. I'd really be interested in hearing how many coins the new development team picked up during all of this. |
