The operating token is TRX—but yes, it is safe to transact with TRX on our Dapp. (No depositing of BTC necessary.)

Thanks for the feedback! We're integrated with the TronLink Chrome extension. And, because of the nature of the blockchain, players must be connected to the blockchain (through TronLink currently) in order to be able to view all that the game has to offer (horses, stats, races, win purses, etc.). Would love to hear more of your feedback if you get the chance to play!

The general idea is that you get to play against other real people for a chance to win their TRX.
(If you're the only player in a race though, there is NO risk and your wager is returned in full!)

Cryptucky Derby is an unlimited-player game with ongoing 12-horse races. Each race is a competition for a share of the race purse. The race purse accumulates every race based on players entered, wagered amounts, and horse scratches—so the sky is the limit! To enter a race, you’ll make 6 win picks and decide your wager amount. If you pick the race winner, you’ll win a share of that race’s purse.
