RentApp is going OPEN SOURCE, A great opportunity to develop a community based project, work together and bring life into Rentapp app !

Rentapp is at a crucial point now
After consulting and submitting our project to many incubators and investors, we either received a negative reply, or a 'come back once you have a live and working product'. It is clear to us that despite the potential of our app (we all have seen it live and working), startups have a more difficult time than ever to raise funds or even interest in projects (Covid19 doesnt help us btw).
On top of which, we feel 'let down' by Waves that originally gave us a grant but then, after multiple discussion decided not to pursue any type of partnership, quoting 'why a blockchain is needed' or 'there is already air bnb, why going down the shared economy route?' 😯
What is left to do? Rentapp will be a fully decentralised open source project 🌐
The source code will be uploaded to github. This is the only way we see going forward. By going open source, live Verge or any other projects did, we hope to appeal to devs to continue the work we started.
What's in it for you? The community will now be able to be fully involved and have 100% say in every decision that will be taken 👥👥👥
But what about the team's token? still untouched, the community will decide what to do with it.
Now, it is your time to have any say and involvement in Rentapp. You can propose whatever you think will benefit Rentapp, and all decisions will be done collectively.
