Yes, I experienced a very similar situation with BitForex and I can confirm that BitForex is a scam exchange. Stay away. Anyone can read up on my experience and how got my money back following the link below or on SheldCob on r/bitcoin on Reddit.

This guy is advertising a so-called fund recovery firm that prays on desperate victims, just check his post history: I think everyone should read this up about Revolut if you’re having similar issues. Yes, I contacted support, at first they asked me to go through KYC, and said that they would open the windrawal. KYC I passed, the windrawal was not opened. they said some kind of investigation is underway on my account. I have one account, I have no more accounts.
I also raised questions in a telegram chat, in Russian and English, for my questions and understanding I was simply deleted from the telegram chats

Разборки с компанией Bitforex закончились тем, что они тупо обнулили мой кабинет, все средства исчезли, поддержка не отвечает! Походу контора скам

Фиат щас будут печатать сумасшедшими обьемами разгоняя инфляцию, биток дефляционный. Чисто по логике, биток должен дорожать относительно фиата. Этот кризис также необычен тем, что золото и серебро тоже сливают, обычно в металлы бегут как тихую гавань.

понятное дело что первоочередное это закуп еды, топлива, лекарств. Но если средства позволяют, еще можно взять золото, серебро, ну и на небольшой процент того же битка.

До крипты сейчас дойдут крошки от этого пирога. Основные куски пирога тушат начавшийся пожар. Учитывая что печатать будут триллионы, даже крохи будут способны пампануть биток как минимум в район АТН |

Кабинет UID 1993697, заморозили аккаунт под предлогом прохождения KYC , после прохождения KYC , вывод все также закрыт, неделю средства не выплачивают, внятных ответов почему не получено. Судя по тому, что в чате телеграмма, есть похожие проблемы и учасников чата начинавших разборки, тут же удаляют, биржа Bitforex скам. Если есть там средства, выводите скорее
