Hi all.
I have a feeling I might have fucked up.
I gave them some bitcoin and got to play a couple of free tourneys (which I lost), 3 weeks later I logged back in and the account is banned and I also cant withdraw the bitcoin I originally deposited.
I didnt do my research properly before sending bitcoin, now Im reading they might be a scam.
Any advice on this. Has anyone been able to play poker on this site or get their BTC back?
I just rolled from a review of an IRL friend that used to play with them years ago.
Cheers, Edits.
So what do they say? What free tourneys? Normally when account is banned you can still login and they must have sent a support ticket (upper right). If they accuse you of something they normally say of what.

I guess not everyone got the email. In the beginning playing on stake, I make some mistake register 2 accounts so I not used one the accounts and become a dummy account. The email fee was sent to the unused accounts, I guess this email was targeting a user who not playing for a long time or the activity was really low so hoping they are coming back again on Stake. If you really active on Stake, I think you will not receive this email because I really active on my main account and guess what not receive a email fee. ' You know well that this is absolute bs, lol. Just cut it.

Nice you you have to say "And the withdrawal was processed instantly" while the other guy cant withdraw his 1.7 btc after having a big win himself. This makes it look even more strange/shady. Seems like highrollers get paid instantly (the guy in the video bought bonus buy for 50000$ I guess) but small timers who win big have to fear and pray to get paid.

I don't judge people by when they joined because even some of the oldest members on the forum are idiots and some recently joined members are pure gold. But really when you are accusing a giant casino and sportsbook like stake.com you must offer some proofs or anything that can back your claim.
1.7 BTC is not a small amount and maybe that is the reason why an investigation is going on, although I have friends in stake chat who have withdrawn way higher than that without any problems.
Also since you are new, I suggest you to use the right section of the forum which is Scam Accusations section for posting these kind of reports. But I repeat, please don't even bother creating a thread there unless you have been actually cheated and have enough evidence to back your claims. Every time someone comes with an accusation its stake who comes out true at the end.
Unfortunately there has always been this kind of stuff going around in the crypto world at all times. Stake got too big and that is why there are a lot of people coming down on them. I know that newbies are not really down with bitcointalk as much as they should be, and they are learning the ropes, but the reality is that we literally have a "scam accusation" section in the forum and it is hard to miss, it is really near impossible to not see that. So, if anyone has any grievance with stake, they could simple provide proof of scam and start a topic with all of those data to show the world that stake has actually scammed them. It is quite simple really, you provide every detail you have, and you show the world that you have been wronged and people will support you and blame stake for it. But I haven't seen even one single person who could provide proof of such a thing in all these years. The guy posted screens of his big win and that they dont give him any answer whats going on. Looks pretty shady to me.

If you can provide evidence of this claim, you'd have a lot more support: In the end, they confessed that they had stolen my money and posted some fake positive reviews here. Just a bunch of scammers. Obviously you won't though, because it's a lie. What exactly do u mean? That they stole my money and laugh at me...It's a lie? Or the fact that positive reviews on trustpilot are more like fake than real? They didn't confess to stealing your money. That's the lie. after ignoring, false accusations and unwillingness to introduce themselves, KYK is just another trick, it's synonymous for - u can forget about your money Dude, just complete KYC and stop whining. My friend did kyc and got his money. This bs about introducing themselfes is absolute nonsense.

Hey Nitrogen, is it normal that you limit the accounts after some winnings ??
Have heard a lot of similar stories related to Nitrogen Sports. This is the case with almost all sportsbooks except for the minority like Pinnacle, betting exchanges like Fairlay, Betfair, Smarkets etc. This is how these books stay in business in the long-term. Crypto sportsbooks are no exception. If you win a lot, they will limit you based on my experience. ~ First of all I would like to tell everyone to be cautious before using this. I got limited in their book(on most matches max bets were like 2-3 mbtc).
If you place bets regularly and win most of the time, Sportsbook can limit the number of bets on your account and can limit your betting amount. This is a very normal thing for sports book to handle their risk management. Actually, they reserve the right to limit the user as they think it is fit for him. To avoid such a situation most often I use fairlay, Based on my experience, I did not encounter such a problem on fairlay & stake. My message clearly isn't about complaining limits. They've been holding my funds(7k$) and not even answering So what do they say? I have been through this as well. After 6 weeks I got my money but only because the community here helped. After 1 week they blocked my emails and said via support ticket they wont reply anymore. Terrible terrible customer support.

Technically you can get unsecured loans e.g. on a credit card, maybe that's what the OP means, but it still relies on the bank KYCing you up the wazoo, knowing your credit rating, etc.
Technically it's not unsecured (you sign a contract when you apply for a credit card) neither a loan (by the true meaning of the term), since the bank has the right to get its money in full from any asset that you might have. It's a trick to "give money" at a higher interest rate because cards have a bigger interest than loans. So upgrading your limits is not a loan. Who is surprised that the house bitches Vod and Condoras have to spam here again?

https://stake.com/policies/termsIn our ToS you can see that multiple accounts are not allowed, Faris was not moderator when these topics were started/closed, Faris became moderator about 6 months ago or so. When you registered on Stake you agreed to follow the rules of our ToS. What? Dude what you write makes no sense. The 2 posts by faris are 13 and 9 months old. What are you talking about? If you use multi accounts to evade a ban, gain an edge (promo abuse, getting around bet limits, pretending to be 2 diff people in chat for tips/scams/rain) or do something they told you not to do, that's bad. Otherwise, it's fine. But thats not what they say. They say "we take multi accounting seriously" or something like that. Also Dusan said something like " if you dont have multiple accounts there should be no problem" . just read the links you posted dude mods: Mute evasion is a bannable offense. Alt = alternative account. Means that you can create more than one account for use as a bank, for play or for what you want to do.
But you cannot use these accounts in the chat at the same time with the main account.
Using an alternative account during 'mute' and 'ban' is not allowed. Using an alternate account is not allowed if you plan to use this account for chat ((simultaneously with the main account)) or similar things. You can have more than one account only for playing. If you want to chat with your alt account, you need to log out of the main account and wait at least 30-40 minutes to chat with alt. I read them. Thats is why I write here. Look at the email the guy got from stake which stakes: " Please see https://stake.com/policies/terms for further reference. Anonymity is important to us, but multi-accounting is something we take very seriously." You really think they accuse him of multi-accounting because of the chat?? Come on man! When they asked my friend (and indirect me) for KYC, they blocked his account but not mine somehow, they wrote the same thing to him. I guess they dont have any other draft for asking for kyc. And we both never use the chat. I maybe asked 1 question once in the chat, in 1 year. Those promotions are not interesting anyways. And still they wanted an explanation why a wallet address I used was in his wallets history. So why did he have to go through verification for any other reason then thinking him and me are the same person?? We dont use chat, dont play the same sports so not abusing betting limits, and so on. At that time I still though multic-accounting is just not allowed but not knowing it is it just confuses me why we had to go through this.

Did I do it right?
Yes, but you signed the wrong address. Sign the address your operation uses Balance 0 ETH / 0.00 USD ERC-20 Token balance 0.00 USD
Received (approx.) 0.000000000000000000 ETH / 0.00 USD Spent (approx.) 0.000000000000000000 ETH / 0.00 USD We recommend ETH 5 - ETH 10 for our users, but at the same time, we have methods to crawl up your capital from virtually no minimum. We do multi-layer cross-protocol arbitrage focusing on Ethereum (ERC-20) and Binance Smart Chain (BSC) enhanced with flash loans when possible. So, we usually count in BNB. BNB 70 - BNB 150 is an ideal budget.
It's kind of important now that you prove your words since you are asking for ETH. Fuck off Vod, dont try to scam this user and dont waste his time. Fking troll!

These 2 bitches tried to scam me .
Thats why they always claim others are scammers so they can perform the scams without others getting in their way. Contacting me on telegram and then deleting conversation as soon as called out.
Beware of those 2 !

Guessing it's not simply because multi accounts. Probably evading a ban, or bet limits, or exploiting promos with multi accounts. They have to clarify then what the problem is. Simply multi accounting as an explanation doesnt cut it.

Got it thanks. But it is a company who will receive the loan and notarized contract, there is no way to violate the agreement.
