My personal comment: If there is no legal document, if your successor can prove that you had Civic wallet, all cryptocurrencies in it will be spread to successor(s) by law.

Team is focused on winning in the market, not satisfying crypto investors. You can easily see updates for community by checking their Twitter and blog posts.
