Deposits are paid out chronologically, and are paid every 15 minutes or as soon as there is money available to move the queue. The only exception to this is part of our anti-clogging measure - the guy who puts in 0.05 shouldn't be held up by the guy who puts in 0.5. In the event of a deposit of larger than 0.25, the quarter pay-outs are queued to be spread out every 3 low-volume deposit.
