Would you rather auto-trade based on an algo strategy bot, or have the bot auto-trade based on a live trader?

As I understand it, you are talking about trust management? In general, you are right, any trust management of your funds will lead you to losses. Why would someone who knows how to make money on trading take other people's money for buildup? Of course, only in order to reduce his risks in case of losses, but he will not lose his money, but yours.
Relationships, for one. But literally billions upon billions of dollars are given to hedge funds so that they can trade on their behalf.

I have come across many automated trading bots that promise great profits. However, I have never met a bot that would really bring this profit on a stable basis. As a rule, you are asked to pay for the subscription, then make a deposit, then the bot shows profit for a month or more, and then the entire deposit is drained due to "unforeseen circumstances".
Bots are simply tools, tasked at doing specific things. It's a trader's specific strategy that brings profit...but with bot execution.

HODLing is also a strategy.

Trading involves money and when it comes, anything can happen such as betrayal and scam even if your most trusted friend is the one you asked to do the trade. You know why? It is their human effort and not yours, the fund is just your but that won't make sense for the earnings are justifiable to supposedly be their own because they have done the job. Now, if you do not want that trouble to come along, better do it on your own self rather than depending it into other people to do the trading for you.
I strongly agree that we must not give the control over our own funds to anyone but there are various API integration I believe such that one can trade with your account but still cannot withdraw or manage that section at all. So, they can only make orders for buy and sell and the worst they can do is get you in loss but cannot scam. API integrations allow many various possibilities. They open up platforms for people to build things on top of them. We also integrate APIs for various exchanges.

It's not just Square, and Microstrategy, Their impact can both be positive, or negative. Being among the largest HODLers of Bitcoin, they should have the responsibility to help in the development of the Bitcoin economy, and in the aspect of Bitcoin education. For anyone looking for that site info... https://bitcointreasuries.org/

Rebranding would be impossible and ultimately be detrimental. Cognizability of the bitcoin logo is widespread. trying to rebrand the logo is pointless.

Not something openly purchasable on the web as far as I know(because I've also tried finding one in the past, and as expected I couldn't find any); you're better off actually hiring a decent programmer for this. And I'm guessing that you'd actually need a well optimized software to make it as quick as possible, because it's safe to assume that it's not only you that would have such a bot running.
I have not seen one either. and I def would know about it if it was out there.

..... What's the exact risk with such automated bot?
The bot breaks down and will not execute trades that it has been instructed to do. crwth didn't mention that maybe because gunbot is reputable. The bot breaks down how? What do you mean? Do you think it stops by itself? It has been tested continuously, and if there are bugs to report, it's relatively easy, and it will be fixed right away, and you could easily update it. If there are configuration errors, you could always reinstall it. Besides, there's an automatic backup for your configuration on your setup. I didn't think to mention it because I didn't experience it with this setup. Bots go down all the time. It doesnt even have to be the bots fault. Exchange websockets have gone done before, or even intermittent. How did you keep your bot trading when that happened?

So far this t.me/BTCGnosis is the only trading group that was very useful to me. Most of the trading group above has a lot of members already and very hard to interact whenever you have a specific question to the trading guru.
This is a good thread though and please don't add those paid groups or there so called premium signal group, that is a BS group that sending fake signal to the tokens that they have position open early.
Well a quality group should have more than 1 "guru" that can answer specific questions. If you are not getting the answers you need then it's probably time to leave that group. I'll add BTCGnosis and follow a little more. I like that he posts actual videos at least. Are you in their apparent OKEX facebook traders club they promote?

I'd also like to ask if there are paid groups that are really good or just fleecing ppl??
Yes there are paid groups that provide quality tools and learning. But for this thread, I would like to focus on quality groups that are open to everyone. PS I like this guy's channel BTW @TraderAdityasJ
Thank you, I will check it out.

Starting a thread to share and compile quality trading groups across all messaging apps. Feel free to share your favorite FREE trading groups. I'll do my best to weed out the spam responses and keep an updated list below. Happy trading!
Do you have any discord channel or Facebook Chat Groups that are for learning trading and being surrounded by kind and understanding traders? I have one trading facebook chat group but it is exclusive and not pertaining to Cryptocurrency Trading per se but rather on Stock Market Trading (in which are people within my local country). Guess I'll try joining those groups later and see a month engaging on those communities would be helpful for my learning in trading. Yes, my friends at HyperLinq, on Discord... https://discord.com/invite/QUvhd6A I'll update the OP. Is it even possible that there are quality facebook chat groups focused on crypto trading and not crypto in general? I would imagine the demographic for crypto traders is skewed towards Telegram and Discord vs. FB. But please feel free to recommend any quality crypto trading groups on FB if you find any.

Have you guys tried OTC? I mean it scares the bejeezus out of me but there are so many people who do OTC right now and that doesn't look healthy at all but so much volume as well so I don't know.
They just give btc to people they do not know and they get money to their account and you basically don't do any KYC at all, or you can meet face to face and do it in cash which is a bit less scary, you do not worry about getting your money stolen because you are in public and even though if you meet with them in a shady place you could still be robbed, if you do it in a very crowded place, the possibility if you getting robbed drops significantly.
I have never done it myself because I am very afraid but if any of you guys did it, I would like to learn about your experience.
Where are you getting your information regarding OTC volume?
