Coming to your suggestion on Reaching out to Government, I am doing all I can to get in people, I have already approached the concerned government authorities and also local investors. Work is in progress. Posting here is part of me reaching out to people.

As I mentioned I don't expect you to invest 1 btc, that is my requirement to get the Beta Version out. As I mentioned in my First post I need people who can contribute whichever way possible not just in some X amount of BTC.

Anyways I am not here to argue or debate, but I will still be around till my projects Beta version is out and I earn that esteemed badge Which will be happening very soon. You Motivated me to get it done at any cost

1. Firstly please note, in my personal opinion, more the newbies here on this forum the better it is for the crypto universe. I understand the concern that many newbies are indulging in a lot of spam content here, but please do not have a stereotype and classify all newbies into that category.

My sincere request please stop using the term newbie, everybody at a certain stage is new to something. For everything, there is a beginning.

2.  Yes I do agree there are currently many apps that serve the purpose. But let us discuss on the security aspect of the current medial apps. How secure do you think having a sensitive data like EMR of a patient online?

Now the information on EMR which is shared on a decentralized ledger gives us that security, also ready to be used feature with the necessary permission.

A patient will have complete control of their records and the doctor is given a key to access records.  MedicalChain Is a pioneer and already have a system in place and have partnered with NHS.

Some may say then why do you propose a new project? My answer is if Medicalchain can provide free of cost access to all the users in India I would be very happy to stop my project immediately. I am afraid none of the blockchain-based applications are free. They are charging a hefty fee during the initial implementation itself. In a country like India, this kind of application is the need of the hour.

We all know that Blockchain can supplement the current technologies not replace them completely. (The current popular app in this category, not running on Blockchain in India is 'Practo'. There have been a lot of instances where people have complained about lack of security and fake profiles within this app.)

3. Please note all I am asking is for interested parties to come forward. I am not asking to give me your crypto free of cost just hearing to my side of the story. Once we have individuals interested We discuss in detail via telegram and will share our whitepaper. We will be soon listing for IEO on an exchange. Hopefully its gonna happen this week.

1. Getting consent of 1.3 billion population is a herculean task and next to impossible. This is only possible with government intervention.

I don't intend to reach out to 1.3 billion at a time. This will happen in a phased manner.

The first stage is Beta version trails. This will be done by 16 Hospitals and 137 doctors from whom we already have a consent. Our aim is to take it to 100 Health centers and 1000 doctors by Nov 2020 (Approx 300000 to 400000 patients). This is a realistic target and is very much achievable.

{In India we have Hospitals both Government and Private, Small Health care centers, and Local Clinics. Most of the people usually go to their Local Clinics. And if the doctor over there is using a particular app, all the patients visiting him/her will oblige. So our target is to get the health care providers to use our app.}

2. Once you reach this target of 400000 patients it will be easy for us to reach out to the government and request them to adopt it across the country free of cost. We have already made a presentation to concerned authorities, but we need to prove that our security is top-notch and also present the beta version results.

Why will the government go for MEDIPORT,?

a). Indian government has been trying to bring in health reforms for the betterment of healthcare, this would a big step forward in that endeavor.

b). Free of cost application and user friendly: Almost all the projects that go for government approvals have an initial expense to implement. This is where red-tapism comes into play. We have our product ready to use and completely free of cost.

c). The government has been trying to bring insurance coverage for the entire population, this is not happening due to various factors. I can elaborate more but to cut it short just as you mentioned, the government is in a dilemma on how to insure 1.3 billion population and which company to go with. We have already been in contact with various insurance providers. Once you have a mass usage of the Mediport app, it becomes easy for Insurance companies to provide proposals, users can choose which is best for them. Government will have a clear understanding of how many are covered. Most of the Health insurance sector will be streamlined. Third-party admins who have been managing the health premium claims can be eliminated.

There are many other reasons why the Government will go with Mediport. An app of this kind is the need of the hour.

4. My first aim is to bring the beta version out.  The more the adaptation grows more the funds are required for maintenance.  As I mentioned in my earlier post, as our product is free of cost, our main source of income would be through advertising, Insurance renewals(This will be a big source of income, I can elaborate at length on this, just for your info only 8 % of the Indian population has health insurance coverage). Once you have government adaptation of the product it will be a public-private partnership.

5. Hyperledger Fabric will be used to secure EMRs. Also scalability is not an issue. We will be using the IBM Blockchain Platform. The backend is on smart contracts.

Please note I am not just looking at the monetary value, yes definitely I intend to make money out of this product, but the main goal is to bring a free of cost application and see to it that it reached the maximum number of people.
