It's several hours am trying to connect to poker room but without success , tried on two different devices and two different connections but results are always teh same : I can log into the web page but poker software doesn't load up.

Im glad that Im not the only one with this issue, I had the same issue since yesterday. I tried with two different browsers and it doesnt works. Also tried to clear cache and hard reload the web page but the poker client doesnt load. Logging in is fine but there is only a white blank page afterward I thought I was the only one with this issue. Hey guys, can you share your country of connection? It seems Cloudflare is limiting some connections to some countries. Also, please make sure to allow iframes as the poker client is iframed on the site. |

Yeah, actually he is one of the few players that have deposited. Technically, you can win without depositing, but obviously rebuying makes it a lot easier to win in the long run against people with only 1 bullet. We will release new freerolls with new structure soon, guys. Stay tuned! |

I have problems entering to play, I do not know if this is happening to you? I have changed my browser but it is the same.  Are they in maintenance on the platform? When I enter the site the new windows are still being displayed, I do not know if you could suggest that on the home page there are the options to enter directly to play, and not put it in "cashier" for another window? since when you scroll down there is only the Ro´ys Poker Room letterhead... Fixed. Can you please check it on your end? |

Am try to connect to poker room but while I can correctly log in to website I get a host error when I try to enter the poker client page : is it only me or anyone else experiencing issues?
A few users reported that. It was a problem with cloudflare throttling connections. It should be fixed by now. Please let me know if you find other problems, we will get on it |

I agree with you, but dont worry, we got the funds to pay everyone  Creating a token is a maximum of half an hour of work and a dozen or so dollars in fee. Of course you will have tokens to pay out rewards. I would like to know how do you want to create their value / price?Well, right now 1 Phreess is at 0.00003100 btc and we plan to launch our own exchange in the coming months. It is not free to enter when you have to play a tournament to be able to play the freeroll.
Ohh I think you are mistaking two tournaments. There are 2 daily 10 mbtc freerolls. The first daily 10 mbtc freeroll¿ at 4pm, you need to play at least 1 tournament of buy in of 250 chips in order to get a ticket and play it. The second daily 10 mbtc freeroll at 2pm, it's entry fee is 0.00 Chips (NO BTC) and it has unlimited rebuys for 2 hours and an add on after 12 levels. This freeroll at 2pm is totally free of charge and you don't need to deposit at all to play the tournament. Obviously, the tournament requirement for the first freeroll and the rebuys plus add on for the second one are there to incentivize players to deposit and play our MTTs. I hope I explained everything clearly, else please let me know. |

200 starting chips (not even 10bb) ? are you serious? Standard rebuy rules across all reputed poker tells us that it should be 200 chips (or 2x chips for 2x rebuy) but no in you case it is 2000 chips. Look at the addon 20000 chips, what a joke this is. Clearly its not free roll its just that you are going to suck money from day one. I have to say this but sorry You clearly lack the vision and caliber for running a reputable poker room. Either change your free roll structure or stop calling it free roll. And what is this 1 chip freeroll thing, comedy at its peak or what?
Hey thsceptic, the Daily 1 Chip (100 Satoshis or 0.00000100 BTC) Freerolls are there to offer a chance at players to get to know the site and make some satoshis while at it. Of course they are not there to make anyone rich. Now, for the 10 mbtc freeroll, the entry is FREE. The rebuys are there to incentivize people to deposit and play on our MTTs. You can win without depositing for sure, no doubt about it. Of course we are losing money on the freerolls, it's marketing, or business expenses, but it's a great way to incentivize players on our site. Now, a 10 mbtc freeroll with no entry fee and no rebuys or addons would only bring people looking for free money, which it's our goal, but also, with rebuys and add ons, we reward players to deposit and have a greater chance to win. I think it's a great way to compensate our players with our daily freerolls imho. EDIT: Oh and by the way, that's correct, the rebuy is 200 Chips so I corrected the posts where it said 2,000 Chips. It's unlimited rebuys and 1 add on for 20k chips. I believe it's great value for our players. EDIT 2: The format is called hyper-turbo on other poker sites, so yeah, starting with 10 bb and having rebuys and addon is great for a hyper-turbo freeroll. "Hyper turbo" is still more than 10bbs at the start, just so you know. I have also never seen a tournament (other than allin tournaments) with 10bb at the start. Just reading about the 20k addon for on a 200chip starting stack makes me laugh. Something else doesnt make it a real freeroll, people have to qualify for it by playing a buyin tournament. I mean, the tournament is 100% free to enter. Is it tough to win? Everything is tough in this life. The rebuys and add ons are an incentive for people to deposit and play on our site. Is it wrong? I am a bit confused of what your announcement thread here is : you opened two different ones within a week and, beside being against this section forum rule one thread per site ONLY it also makes more difficult to follow your business here. Please close one of the two , imo the second you created, and stick to the first one. Hey hope, we created the 2nd thread to announce the freerolls that we are going to launch. I read the announcement threads in "gambling" section and I think the 2nd announcement thread is ok, but if it's against the rules, I will gladly close one. You should use "games and rounds" subsection , of gambling one, to advertise specific promotions , tournaments, events and stuff like that. You can create a new thread for each of the mentioned topic in games and round , there is no such limitations as in gambling : and you can always advertise and post links of specific promo threads in you main announcement one. Hope this helps. Sorry about it, hopenotlate. I believe the mods/admins of this forum sorted this issue without problems. This is weird though  What does 'waiting' even mean ? is this the registration window for the next tournament with this same format? because you mentioned in your last post that the registration starts a day before I mean its kinda weird though to have the same lobby for two similar tournament althought both has different start time. Just my 2 cents here Yeah, the freeroll started at 2pm and late registration closed at 4pm (2 hours after it starts) and if you try to register past 4pm, it will register you to the freeroll for the next day. Today was an incredible day for the 10 mbtc freeroll, fellas! 22 players! Congrats to COINaisseur for the win! See you tomorrow at 2pm, fellas! |
