Why did not you respond to these allegations? The user (@vmss79) claims that he purchased two accounts and they were banned/suspended as soon as it was to go live, in other words, buying worthless accounts.
You do not provide replacement or guarantee and therefore there is no benefit in purchasing from you.
Even the vouch copy was not answered.
Try to use a more reliable escrow method, and send more vouch copies to known members (SRmember and above.)
