So far, I couldn't find any safe and legal place for margin trading besides Kraken.com

Is there any particular trustworthy place you could recommend?

I am very sad. Nobody really wants to lose money for nothing.

But at the same time, I feel like have learned a valuable life lesson.

Quick Overview of the incident:

• BitOreo LLC (BitOreo.com) has been rejecting to process my withdrawal request.

• I have tried to communicate with their support team multiple times, yet not only they ignored most of my message but also
  deceived me with falsehood excuses to further delay the transaction.

• They said the withdrawal request will be processed in "hours" in one response, and by "tomorrow" (5/3) when I contacted
  the day after the first response. (both were not true, and the excuses they use to justify the delayed transaction changed every time, which
  suggests that they are obviously lying and intentionally delaying the withdrawal process.

Exact Timeline:

(Following GMD 8+ timezone)
04-30 01:50 : Deposited 0.3818 BTC from my personal wallet to BitOreo LLC.
04-30 01:50: Traded 0.3818 BTC with 3500.617295 USDT using BitOreo OTC platform.
04-30 01:51: Requested Withdrawal of 3490.62 USDT from BitOreo LLC to my personal wallet.
04-30 02:12: Withdrawal Request has been rejected by the system. Required me to complete KYC verification
04-30 02:32: Submitted KYC documents to BitOreo LLC. Attempted to contact their support team multiple times, since the
amount I requested to withdraw was far below the KYC limit (100,000USDT) -> did not get any response.
04-30 21:23: KYC verification has been completed by the system. Attempted to contact their support team again to see
how long the transaction would take. Got no response back.
05-01 21:12: After sending few more Tickets, got one short response saying that "Your withdrawal request is proceeding.
It is delayed due to the increase in BTC transaction volume and will be processed within hours." - waited more than just few hours, yet nothing
happened. Contacted their support team again.
05-02 14:33: Got another response from the support team saying that: "* Delayed reply to a request for confirmation of
residency in the United States (probably due to COVID-19) I was told by the KYC verification team that residents of the
United States were unable to withdraw funds until the correct reply came from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Because in
the US and China, there is a tax problem, so it is necessary to verify the identity accurately." -Not only the reason has
changed but also didn't specify the time. Contacted the support team again to ask how long will it take to complete the withdrawal process.
05-03 01:51: Got a response saying "I expect your request will be processed tomorrow.". Waited 24+ hours, nothing has changed, so I submitted additional tickets.
-present: Withdrawal transaction is still not processed and I have not gotten a single response from them since then.

I have reported the issue to the Hong Kong Police Force, but I wonder if that would do something..

I am relatively new to Cryptocurrency.

Been using a small exchange in Hongkong called BitOreo.

Had some minor transactions with no problem, but one day the withdrawal was blocked and the system requested KYC verification.

Submitted all documents, and after verification, transaction is still not processed.

Tried to contact them multiple times, got no response. (initially got an unclear response saying that it will be processed within hours, and after that ignored all subsequent tickets)


I certainly do not know how to act against this.

Do I even have a change to get my money back? Looks like other people are trading fine.. it's just me that got blocked
