1  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Dangers and Risks for Beginners on: September 08, 2020, 09:17:47 PM
Every beginner needs to know that 99% of altcoins will go to zero. Perhaps a few of the altcoins we have right now will survive the long run. History has proven that altcoins usually do not have anything to offer and are mostly speculative instruments in the cryptocurrency world.
Bitcoin is the King. Remember this when the next forked coin claims it will do the flippening and replace Bitcoin in dominance. Don't make the mistake to listen to sock puppets and influencers.

To invest, you have to start with a quiet place, to stay inactive (it is best if you can mediate) to rescan all things you did so far in your life. This process is done to help you figure it out that how your emotion is (flexible, changes quickly, unstable) and how you control your emotion.

4  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Anyone else having trouble earning Merit? on: September 08, 2020, 09:16:25 PM
I checked your posts and I did not found any of them that deserve one single merit. Posts in bounty thread reporting link, are in the rank of spam. it is not read by managers either and especially not old high ranked members or merit sources. When you post in other section than bounty, it's mostly part of some pointless discussion on useless mega threads, which also no one reads or is interested in. These threads serve to fulfil post quota for signature campaigns.
You need to stop with posting just to write something here, try to be active in discussion and talk with other members here. As @Bttzed03 says, find something that is close to your personal interests and find topics about it, then discuss there, be constructive. It can be gambling, poker or whatever.
5  Other / Off-topic / Re: What do you think the meaning of life is? Or at least to you? on: September 08, 2020, 09:16:09 PM
For this topic about the meaning of life I think that if you get millions of responses you will not see one like the other. The meaning of life before God? The meaning of my life for other people who are close to me? The meaning of my life and of all humanity for your fellow men? But I will try ... In my life I try to be happy, however, much more I try to make people happy. Life is not as difficult as some people say, I think people make life difficult. There are people who get irritated by anything, they are in a bad mood all day, they yell at their colleagues and family, they create a bad climate for her and for everyone who is around and then they say that life is very bad. I try to smile whenever I can. It is obvious that this will sometimes not be the case. Smiley Undecided
6  Other / Off-topic / Re: Best wireless office mouse? on: September 08, 2020, 09:15:50 PM
I'm using Logitech M-R0061.
It's wireless, light and the battery is durable.
It's also resilient since I've dropped it sometimes from the table but nothing is hurt. It works fine.
It's slippery though, especially if you use it all day long and your hand get sweating.
7  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Beware Defi airdrop message shared on telegram on: September 08, 2020, 09:15:24 PM
I am fully aware of these kinds of airdrop but also aware how they scam people I will not join or participate on any airdrop that require to login in an application or deposit coins just to receive my airdrop, some of them are using a bot, I am ok  participating in airdrops just by sharing and using social medias to participate but never depositing.
8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Marketplace (Altcoins) / Re: Create your own cryptocurrency for $10 | CreateMyCoin on: September 08, 2020, 09:14:57 PM
You c an have a coin of your own but developing it with the number of people trading it will be the hard part. Its the community to build is the hardest since you got to make it worth for them and if you can't provide it, they will soon dump your coins so its just you that will hold it. Adding it to exchange is also expensive.

There is much cheaper than $10 actually. You can do it with less than $5 in WAVES platform. Huh

12  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: Cardano (ADA): A New Cryptocurrency and More on: September 08, 2020, 09:12:49 PM
The Cardano project may be a next generation blockchain, making a brand new localized economy, and democratising finance in rising markets. It addresses the necessity for restrictive oversight while maintaining client privacy and protections through an innovative superimposed design. This software system stack is versatile and scalable , developed with the foremost rigorous educational and industrial software system standards. Cardano features a democratic governance model which will let the project evolve, and a visionary treasury system to fund it sustainably.

16  Other / Archival / Re: . on: September 08, 2020, 09:10:15 PM
I'd hold my breath on this on until the UK make a cbdc, I'd imagine they'd put a 2-4%.inflation rate on a coin or at least produce another cbdc that has low inflation - afaik some gold coins are legal tender still (but they're worth more just to sell on than spend).

And yeah the US irs seems crazy compared with the uks hmrc - tbh my tax return taxes about 2 hours to fill in and its about 40 pages long but it is mainly checkboxes and filling in amounts - if you file wrong and they assume its an accident then its £10 a month you don't pay the tax for added to the bill (lower than a lot of interest rates if its high enough for them to investigate)...
17  Economy / Economics / Re: The freer the market, the freer the people? on: September 08, 2020, 09:09:53 PM
What market? The cryptocurrency market or every market in the economy?
If you are talking about the second option I think that market freedom is kinda overrated.
Having a totally free market (by free I mean unregulated) means that it would be easier for the bigger companies to smash the smaller companies and to create a monopoly or a cartel, which means that the market will no longer be free(the cartel/monopoly will smash any competition and close the market for new competitors).
Having moderate regulation by the government is better than having a totally free market with no regulations.
Bitcoin can't be excluded from the market economy.I don't think that BTC is totally free. There are crypto whales and big miners that have a certain level of control and influence over BTC.

How to find in the log when -r option is activated? I mean, if something wrong with a GPU, how to find it in the log file. To understand the statistics. Grin
19  Economy / Economics / Re: i was right about the economy ! on: September 08, 2020, 09:09:07 PM
Indeed, the stock market is dumping now but people are not buying it instead, they keep selling their shares at low. Maybe you are right that a blood bath will come sooner in crypto as per you see, then let it happens because investors will take that shares.

It is to understand the hard situation causes for the stock market to dump but not in crypto. And I don't see that COVID-19 will have a huge declining impact on the market price instead of seeing it having an uptrend motion which we never think at first ( that is what we have now). The crisis will over soon and the economic growth will recover then, if we are impatient enough to wait for it, that is a big regret on our ends.
 Cool
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Can new crypto beat Eth in the market? on: September 08, 2020, 09:08:46 PM
New Cryptocurrencies always have the chance to beat existing Cryptocurrencies since all of them poses new features that many users can use. Having new and fresh ideas for the creation of Cryptocurrencies can be a tough job since everyone wants to have an successful platform that can be used by many in the Cryptocurrency Industry. Ethereum is not the only Crypto they are trying to beat because Ethereum is only the second best (i guess?).
