Well BetChain wont fix this or provide an actual shred of evidence for me to see why they claim they can take my winnings.
Its a long story from your side. Actually i am not so surprised after hearing all from your side because platforms like this start to play game with their users when anyone claim a big win. Asking for sudden KYC or multiple account detection is their common excuse by which they hide all their fraudulent activities. By the way i am seeing from my end that you are continiously giving replies on your own thread but no one else is getting interested to give their response here.

Do you know why?

Its because people haven't got enough time to read a long composition like this. Before opening this thread it was your first work to read this sections pinned post which could help you to get the proper scam report format.

I will suggest you to edit your thread by following this link, https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0

I forgot I was going to update it for that format when i was full of rage. Thanks edited the best I could and also submitted a complaint on AskGamblers.

I still cannot believe this bs.

Hey,
the antifraud team decided that you had used several accounts on similar ips which is clear evidence of cheating. We have it in our T&C that players can't use multiple accounts. You are welcome to withdraw your initial deposit. We are more than happy to clarify anything else.

Similiar ip addresses is far from clear evidence of cheating.  Just KYC him like you would with a player trying to cash out $200.

By the way, the only mention of ip address in your T&C is this:

Quote
When you visit the Website, our system automatically collects information about your visit, such as your browser, IP address, and the referring website. This collection may be done in conjunction with our platform providers and partners. We may receive from them general demographic or usage data of our Website visitors. We do not use automatically collected information to identify you personally without receiving additional consent.

You might want to just respond in the scam accusation thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5257873.0

Apparently they claim my screenshots proving my wins and bet amount as their own proof now lol Im going to post on askgamblers since they seem to just avoid fixing this. Also....

Oh look I won the spinfest -.-

its a shame they will not let me get my winnings or these 600 spins i earned either

Bro stop wasting your time on this forum with a complaint as big as yours. It will get you nowhere.

Go to a mediation service and force their hand to supply sufficient evidence to a 3rd party mediator that you cheated with multiple accounts.

They have an active rep at AskGamblers. https://www.askgamblers.com/online-casinos/betchain-casino-review/

Make an account there start the complaint process and wait for the casinos response. It forces their hand to produce clear evidence that you cheated or you get will get paid. It is a very good site I have used a couple times successfully gotten paid from casinos that were otherwise trying to cheat me my money.

Good luck my friend with your case. I hope you get paid your winnings.

Thanks for the share I was hoping they would come to their senses and fix this before going there but yeah Im going to do that. Along with share anywhere i find betchain about this crap.

Oh look I won the spinfest -.-

The bitcointalk poster finally replies and has nothing to say other than:

"Hey,

Which is bullshit and I call them out on since this is their whole premise to steal my winnings. So he or she literally says this (I am not joking):

Hi Forcedtoreggy,
The fact is our fraud team discovered numerous accounts tied to yours. Our Terms and Conditions clearly state-"Each player can create only one (1) personal account. Creating multiple Player Accounts by a single player can lead to termination of all such accounts."

I think you'd be hard-pressed to find another casino returning the deposit amount to a player who clearly violated the Terms and Conditions.  It's interesting that you were prepared with all of your screenshots, like you've been through this before (as you mentioned with FJ).

We've been around since 2014, paying many winners on a daily basis.

They still provide no help or any attempts to fix the issue instead they repeat the same thing then they claim because I had screenshots for winning over $10000 that it proves them right?Huh? Are you F-ing kidding me? How is is bitcointalk allowing them to be here.

The fact here is I DONT have numerous accounts, KYC will quickly prove that. You keep repeating that ToS when I DIDNT BREAK IT.

Are you kidding me??

You're criticizing me for having posted screenshots when I won over freaking $10000?Huh AS IF THATS YOUR GOD DAMN PROOF?

Jesus Christ, you guys are kidding me now?

The only clear evidence of cheating here, is you guys pulling this crap.

I did not multiaccount and offered KYC which resolves any bullshit excuse. Hell I didnt even lose what I deposited into bonus, I started winning pretty much from the start. What you guys are doing is defrauding your users when they win big. Nothing more.

I withdrew my deposit back (why would you say I can keep playing without bonuses after pulling some shit like this?) and I will keep fighting to get what I rightfully won. Primedice seems to have know a rise in sites like your defrauding users, I just wish I listened before. smh.

If you think that you did not break any rules, you should open a scam accusation thread with all the proofs you have.
By this way, most members will take a look at your case and give their own opinion especially DT members.
If members think that you are on the right side then members will support you and it may force betchain to provide their own proof.
Frankly speaking, I was a player in this site as well long time ago but betchain also accused me of having more than 1 account which is completely wrong.
After that I have never came back to this site and fortunately I did not leave any balance when they accused me of multiple accounts.

I have posted here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5257873.0

I am sorry to hear they screwed you over and it kinda takes away any hope they will correct this crap Sad

I had to come here to share my bad experience so far.

I registered a few days ago to try and see if I can get lucky with that big weclome package. I click activate on the login for the bonus, a small window pops up with the deposit address and a form to enter a bonus code.

I contacted chat support since I didnt understand what code I needed for the welcome bonus. I waited IDK how long and decided to just keep playing on FortuneJack since I was first in the queue yet it was taking forever.

A day or so later I decided to try contacting them again to try and get that bonus code. Took quite a while to get connected while being the only person contacting them lol Finally someone in chat. I ask them whats the bonus code and explain that I am trying to get that welcome bonus. He responds a bit rude and finally tells me that I simply have to deposit no need for the form. Well alrighty, odd layout for the site to ask that and expect me to know that.

I deposit .1294~ and I start checking out Amatic since it is my favorites for those big wins. I realize when checking my account info that the bonus requirements start immediately (I was used to FJ), but said screw it I'll just go for big .001MBTC bets. After I won a few thousand, I go check my progress towards the requirements and see I have a long way to go o.o but still lets me withdraw my original balance (guess I didnt even lose much before i started winning so it didnt lose the original deposit?). So i didnt even use any bonus balance lmfao at all.

I played for like 8 hours~ slowly but surely going up and up until I hit a $10000 win on Casanova. I almost s*** myself. Kept going since I still needed more but I knew I was close enough that I would end up winning big regardless.

I finally completed the bonus, placed my withdrawal, and see its going to manually reviewed. Im used to that for big wins at fortunejack so no problem. I go to bed happy as a mofo.

I wake up to see an email from them an hour after I placed my withdrawal. No withdrawal.

Apparently they claim I had more than one account on the IP address and they removed my winnings but left my original deposit, along with saying I cannot use any bonuses ever.

You can imagine how angry I was to see that. I replied a bit rude (sorry but really wtf??) asking how can they just claim that and steal my winnings. I guess it was too rude and no response was given nor my winnings still.

I once had that issue with fortunejack and it was cleared with a simple KYC. I dont understand how they can simply make that claim and just expect me not to be pissed.

EDIT:

I also noticed the latest winners were usually just me or tiny wins repeating the same thing. Kinda thinking they straight up dont have funds to pay out big wins right now

TLDR:
1.35086092 BTC withdrawal stolen and they gave back my deposit claiming I multiaccounted when I didnt

10  Economy / Scam Accusations / BetChain takes major winnings away on: June 24, 2020, 11:21:38 PM
What happened::
I won 1.35086092 BTC at Betchain Casino with a .1294~ deposit. Didnt even lose my deposit amount into bonus and was winning, eventually hitting the biggest win on Casanova being a screen of wilds during free spins. I completed the bonus requirements without ever even going down from my deposit and withdrew. Checked my email and confirmed it was me withdrawing. Went to sleep and woke up to see an hour after confirming the withdrawal they took the winnings and left the deposit claiming I multi accounted on similar IPs (as BetChain even shared on their thread) without proof and they just repeated that I will not be recieving what I won. They said I could keep playing but I cannot qualify for any bonuses. Apart from that I also won the spinfest 1st place prize of 600 spins.

Additional Notes:

I admit I was rude, but considering the situation it should be understandable. I even offered KYC so they can confirm I didnt multi account but they just repeat that administration will not let me recieve any winnings I earned.

This is mostly a copy and paste from my post on their thread since they seem to straight out ignore me on there and email support (they close the ticket and I reply to reopen). I only registered to post here (since this is where i read about their caisno and others)
