Are you mean, can't access sudoku wallet using this key; qAHXjQNV8TpmHMhZQgVcFQFf ?
Yes.
As I know when open wallet you received wallet key (qAHXjQNV8TpmHMhZQgVcFQFf) and bitcoin address (where available to sending fund) together with a private key. If you can't access using wallet key, you can access using the different wallet like electrum because you have a private key.

My last question, Are you push Mix my coins! yet?
No.
1) I created Sudoku wallet: qAHXjQNV8TpmHMhZQgVcFQFf.
2) I sent funds to the bitcoin address: 12Czrsks5H3jtmVUqUnqZLW45xqX3Qq9SH.
3) After that I closed my browser and waited for the transaction to be confirmed.
4) I tried to log into Sudoku wallet a few hours later, but got an error: Wallet Key Not Found.
5) Then I tried to connect the private key to my Electrum wallet, but I was late. Bitcoins were transferred to another address: 18Hxfd7oSQe885oHAbWE1WVG6KZs2v6A4. I don't know whose address it is and I don't have access to it.
6) I contacted support. The text and screenshots of their responses are at the beginning.
7) First they said that my wallet will be accessible in 1 hour, then that I had to create a new wallet and send it to them.
8) In the last message, they told me to create a new mixing and send another 0.48 BTC.
I don't think it's a good idea to send money to those who haven't returned my previous coins.
