i'm not pretty sure that bittrex and binance should be compared - binance has huge volumes and mostly professional traders work there. regarding Bittrex I don't know their competitive features. In this category i'd prefer to choose cex.io - they have instant deposits and withdraw with payment cards, and they list defi tokens

yeah, defi is a promising concept now - exchanges do a lot of innovations regarding it
