For everyone who may care to know: I am the admin and dev of Timelockcoin and my user ID here is Timelock. Any other post posted by any other ID regarding timelockcoin project isn't official or would require a further confirmation from me.

You won't be here if you don't have anything to contribute. Inspite of explanations given you maintained your chosen path. The fellow who pointed out the error intended it for corrections and not denial. I wasn't the poster but decided to take responsibility because if it were to be litigation i would still have been responsible to act be it in damages or in whatever nature. A great idea from history was conceived by just one person but nurtured by a full community. BTC, ETH etc were all conceived by just one person but today its being nurtured by all. It is a common action here in the forum to accused project as scam if there is a lapses like plagiarism in the project resources like copying Github of PIVX and also the comment above about the picture of the team. You should indicate that your project is not yet finalize so that it will be understable if you have some error. I understand that you are using other project code on github to make it as pattern since it is open source and that is the point of being an open source, to make additional input for improvement.

The right way to deal this kind of situation is explain clearly your side about the mistakes and immediately correct. No one is trying to destroy your effort. There is some major lapses in your project resources that reasonable for accusing your project.
