I need help. I'm using phoenix 4.5 and when I start miner, my first GPU is not working.

I already try to use new version 5.0e but when I put -cclock 1100 -mclock 2050 -cvddc 880 -mvddc 880 in config.txt. It's not working.
My computer also reboots quite often when using the new version. Can u help me to check and fix my config.txt. I think I made something wrong with it.
