Hi guys,

My apologies for missing this.. I was on other matters.

I asked my guys to look into the case and it seems the correct amount was paid out. Sorry for any confusion here.

If our traders or fraud guys decide to close an account, we always return the deposit, we don't want to take any customer's money...

thanks guys,

Steve.
sportsbet.io

Hi, Steve
There is no 51,942 mBTC, look into the transaction: https://blockchair.com/bitcoin/transaction/80baa596ce38385231517b77c27b14ce0af6d79236c2d4ef0a8b6808f610e986 - only 31,1 mBTC
I didn't receive any other withdrawals untill today.
As well as any explanations or evidences. Without them, your decision to take my money is a direct scam, unfortunately. Very similar to 1xBet

What is the latest with this? Did Sportsbet get in contact with you?

I suppose they went too far in the case of neymarjr12, because if they steal small amounts, many players will simply get away from it and will not make a noise for small funds.

Still have not received any evidences / explanations...

Seems like this is another case exactly the same, I think there’s a lot of this going on.

More players seem to be arising with similar issues because they can see others in the same situation. I wonder how many players sportsbet.io do this to every day? And how many have to just accept it because they don’t know where to make a noise.

I am sure Steve from Sportsbet.io will also look into this one but I am worried by the amount of complaints recently. I am sure it’s not Steve’s job to be involved in all these disputes and realistically how many can he get involved in.

Sportsbet.io need to get their shit together by providing more proof to users of their claims

ps I can read OP’s images all fine. The entire email chain is visible.

I suppose they went too far in the case of neymarjr12, because if they steal small amounts, many players will simply get away from it and will not make a noise for small funds.

Hover the mouse over that picture and click:

Stop shitposting, everyone is aware that OP posted from new account.

I'm not doing shit posting here dude or maybe you didn't read my stand. I'm using mobile version and I already download the image which is still blurred. Do I need to send the screenshot here? Don't get me wrong I'm not supporting any side here. I'm a player on sportsbet.io that's why I become interested on this topic.

Proof of my transaction history:

I'm risking more money than both neymar and this OP in sportsbet.

Maybe this would be better:

Can you post the list of all your bets?

I tried to login, but my account is disabled...

What happened:
Recently I have ran into a withdrawal problem with sportsbet.io after ~15 bets. I was accused of multi-accounting, but they didn’t provide any evidences or any explanations! I thought that there was some mistake and tried to explain, argue to the support agent that I recently registered this site and EXACTLY I was not registered on it before. In reply to my email, I didn’t receive any new information, they just wrote to me that "YOU are not profitable for OUR business" and therefore they are ready to give me only my deposit, but not MY EARNINGS!

After that, I decided to take at least my deposit (so as not to lose it) and check some reviews about this fraudulent site. In short, I found many cases, one of the most resonant on this forum is perhaps neymarjr12. I was browsing the entire thread and was amazed at the eagerness of many of the authoritative and respectable users of this forum who are ready to help (especially impressed with the efforts of Royze777, he seems like a great buddy in real world).
Reading the discussion, I saw a lot of arguments indicating that sportsbet.io could prove the accusations by not disclosing information about their algorithms and methods, but nevertheless - they don't seek to do this. After only a week of discussion, Steve agreed to a compromise in the form of a third-party solution to the situation.
Also I had an idea to highlight my case and the cases of other guys in other forums, including both international and our local forums (Russian forums and groups of like-minded people), because a huge number of Russians do not know English well enough and post something to an international forum it is a big problem for them. And the discussion on Russian forums has no effect on sportsbet, also their representatives are not available there. This is probably why they consider it possible to selectively decline withdrawals under the auspices of "multiaccounting". By the way, what if, after publishing 10 or more cases, the owners of other accounts see each other? @Sportsbet.io, are your investigations really fair and impartial? Or, for example, you can send accusations to 5 different people and list 4 accounts of other people to each of them, because they will not know about it due to the fact that they are not even aware of each other's existence. Looks like a perfect scam.
I noticed that there are a lot of comments and jokes like "these are trifl coins", "these are pennies, why should sportsbet do this?" Now try to imagine that this amount (0.2-0.3 BTC) is multiplied by thousands of users from Russia every day. More than 3 000 000$ no longer seems like a penny to you, doesn't it?
Unfortunately, my account was disabled before I could take any screenshots, but I can at least attach transactions from my wallet.

I have the same situation. And I'm Russian as well! Apparently it really is a fraud with those who are unavailable to push the situation on large gambling forums!

Btw @neymarjr12
