Dude, you are flagged of doing arbitrage which is not allowed nowadays. Perhaps you should change your behavior so that you don't get this experience anymore. I'm more shocked to see that you failed multiple times in other casinos, namely bet365.com, betop.gg, topbetbroker.com, etc., but insist on doing it again. Bookies have their own network of detecting cheater, so you are fighting a lose game. I'd advise you to create a scam accusation thread to return your deposit (if they really stole your deposit), but that's not the case since you already got away with profit. The actual story should be about BTI sportsbook void your winning because of the arbitrage/cross betting accusation. I did not do arbitrage betting, as I said, show us my betting history, you will see that I played regulary and all sort of sports. How can you even "flag" me for arbitrage betting?? |

Hi Seoski, Thank you for waiting. As I checked with PIC, he share with me that your account "lucka5" is flagged by the provider as arbitrager player, hence I can't do much as this is the decision of the provider. Based on my experience, normally when BK8 suspend an account, to be fair, they will return the member's deposit amount to the member. And your case is slightly different, your total withdrawal amount is already more than your initial deposit amount (I not sure what is the amount as PIC do not share it with me due to confidential), so nothing much we can do here. I speak from my experience, provider compliance they have its own advanced system to detect abnormal members like arbitragers or cross betting. So whenever the provider flags a member, the platform will follow the provider's decision. Of cause, if you're a normal member without any abnormal behavior, then you no need to worry about it. Some update: they allowed to withdraw all remaining balance and permanently suspended my account.
for how much money? 20mbtc also?. I don't know how much money is for manually withdrawing. This site is scam. They locked my account, 20 mbtc. I sent documents for verification 2nd time (I already sent 3 months ago, succesfull).
Their answer on live chat: "For your documents is accepted and the verification will took for the next 6 months."
"You will be updated on 26th of November 2022"
They will answer me for 6 months.
Is that serious?

New accounts may get lower limits until their betting history has been analyzed.
We are classifying matches and tournaments based on tiers. The higher the tournament tier, the bigger the win limit for that match. You will not get many new players with that politics. Anyway, goodluck! |

Unfortunately I am waiting on my withdrawal request from May. I also did not get any answer on support ticket.
I can admit that I played fairly all the time for small money and also they payout me many times before.
It seems that they scam people, but I still have 1% of hope to get money from them.
