I've been taking part in your freerolls this past week and was wondering why I'm unable to witbdraw..?

So I input the code sent to me via email, key in the amount then it says ''withdrawl successful'' & the amount keyed in dissapears from my account only to have it returned back to my balance on betcoin a few hours later.. I've already tried this w/ two different wallets to no avail.. what seems to be the issue here? please advise..
