A Bustabit user named “WangTang_V2” just made a MASSIVE 109 BTC bet (~$1,300,000 USD) with a successful cashout at 1.02x. The win paid the user 2.18 BTC (~$22,600 USD).

Game Result: https://www.bustabit.com/game/3677040

This is the largest bet ever placed on BaB, correct?  Shocked

WangTang_V2 bet 300btc yesterday, did it a couple of times, target at 1.02x. Made 6btc each time.

Here's one of those bets: https://www.bustabit.com/bet/734640820

Problem with winning bets like that is it encourages that behaviour, sooner or later something like this happens: https://www.bustabit.com/bet/289954383

HI Guys,
I like bustabit, its my favourite game online. But there is something I don't understand in bustabit when I play.

When I try to cash out manually during a round the game almost always busts a split second after I click the cashout button, causing me to lose money. Two weeks ago this happened 7 times in a row and as a result I lost a lot of money. I am completely puzzled by this manual cashout issue. Is there something I am misunderstanding about the game play?

I would appreciate any advice, from long term players thank you.

This sometimes happen with me too when my internet speed is not good. You should only play the crash game when you have good internet speed. Because if there is even a one second delay. u can lose a lot of money. By the way, i mostly use the auto cash out option as it has many advantages over the manual cashout.

I don't think thats the problem. My ping rate is 41ms, which if I'm not mistaken is  41 thousanths of a second. That is quite consistent I find.

In the chat type /ping and it'll tell you how long (in milliseconds) it takes to communicate with the server. It can be pretty bad depending on how far you live from the server (and exacerbated by wireless networks).

Oh Hi Ryan thanks very much for your reply. My ping response is between 38ms and 42ms averaging at about 41ms. I don't know if that's round trip or one way or even if this is fast or slow.

When I play I like to cashout high and aside from the 1 bit Nyan chasers I am often the only remaining player (Player list set at 500) . It is in these situations I suffer particularly from this issue.  I wouldn't raise it except that it happens with such frequency it is very difficult to ignore.

Theoretically wouldn't latency work to my benefit sometimes? I find in practice it does not.
