1  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: looking for recovery/unlock service for the scam company localbitcoins.com on: March 07, 2021, 09:45:22 PM
^ That is the thing,,, I do not think Localbitcoins will just delete and confiscate bitcoins. In no world can a regulated exchange do this. The worst that happens to you if you cannot pass KYC or whatever process they put you through is to close your account, and return to you what you deposit.

But how I can proof that I have Bitcoins in my wallet?
And LBC deletes inactive accounts.
And delete account functionality is deactivated, while your account is frozen. - Another trick/scam?
2  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: looking for recovery/unlock service for the scam company localbitcoins.com on: March 06, 2021, 12:41:38 AM
I sucessfully verified 3 times already, then after a while they locked my account saying unauthorized login.
Since then I was not able to withdrawal my bitcoins anymore. And Costumer support did not reply.
They ask me to verify again, but the problem was that they did not answered, so the ticket was closed, when I started a new  ticket they asked me to verify again. I fell totally fooled. Now after 1 year they tell me that they just want to steal my BTC without any reason - as you see in the reply.
What the actual fuck?? A whole year??? That is mega fucked by LBC. Goddamn they are making me only hate them more.

I read on the thread that over 1.8 BTC is at stake here?? If its that much of an amount, I would suggest for you to consider legal counsel perhaps? You got nothing to lose anymore. If they already have your money its more or less like what else do you have to lose.

Thank you, but what can I do? I dont even knokw the address of LBC or phone number.

On Reddit there is one guy who got locked 10 BTC.

It is a central institution. If you do not like their services, there are many decentral alternatives that may offer a better guarantee method than this site.
I do not know the reason for closing your account, but sending 1.9 Bitcoin or 100 thousand dollars will freeze your account unless your account has been verified and it is usual for you to make such trades.
Generally, they are subject to the laws governing the European Union and have a headquarters so you can submit an application to the court if you are sure they are wrong.

Yes, thats why they asked me to verify the 3-th time, what i did.
Then the BTC rises and I want to sell my BTC but thy just locked my account saying unauthorized login.

Hi,

Your account is suspended on the grounds stated in our Terms of Service. The more detailed criteria of the suspension are confidential. Due to this you may not trade and the withdrawal of bitcoins that you have in your LocalBitcoins wallet is denied. We will lift the suspension as soon as possible once the reasons for the suspension no longer exist. We have stated all of this in our Terms of Service and you have agreed to it. Thank you for understanding.

Best regards,
LocalBitcoins
This is mega fucked. They should have given a reason at the very least.

Could you brief here exactly how and when your account got blocked? Keep in mind, you need to upload your KYC information on the site to trade/withdraw. So if you haven't uploaded your KYC yet, that maybe the reason perhaps(?). I know my account is locked because of KYC.

But what if they delete my account if I go on social media?
They won't delete the account. If they do, sue them.

How they can steal my Bitcoins, if they dont have my OTP?
It's just a warning so you don't give any sensitive details, including your OTP. There's no way anyone except Localbitcoins can unlock and allow you to withdraw your coins, so there's really no other choice except to contact them and make noise on their social media channels.

Yea, not surprised. Honestly, these services should at least return the money if they decided you won't be able to use the platform anymore instead of holding it. Unfortunately, the status quo sucks.

But what if they delete my account if I go on social media?

Warning: You just inviting scammers by creating this post. Because many scammers would PM you to help unlock your Localbitcoin account. Usually, they will try to get your account credentials from you. So, be careful if you receive such as PMs, just ask them to come on this thread and discuss publicly. Do not handover your account credentials to others for any cost.

Regarding unlock your Localbitcoin account, only an authorized person from their platform would help you. Just try to convince them via a support system. Otherwise, anyone wouldn't help you in this situation. Sorry to say, anyone shouldn't keep their funds on such an exchange. Keep your funds on a noncustodial wallet or on a hardware wallet to avoid such issues in the future.

How they can steal my Bitcoins, if they dont have my OTP?

Unlocking lbc accounts requires help from their support and it requires kyc and other documents IMO.

No one here can help besides lbc, make a support ticket and wait untill someone answers your issue.

They dont reply. But if I create a new ticket they reply and say new ticket get closed, because there is a precious ticket. But at the verification ticket they dont reply at all, and I can not write a message in the support ticket, because its older then 7 days. I feel totally fooled.
They ask me to verify many times, and it tooks about half year to referify my account, then after I deposit 1.8 BTC they locked again, saying unauthorized login. and Dont let me to sell my BTC.
My BTC comes from a local meet up, from a nother LBC costumer. The bitcoins arrived my wallet instantly becuse its from the sellers LBC wallet.

After I want to sell it I recognized my account was in forced holiday.

Maybe somedy knows the contact details of the scammer Vlad Alimpiev, I wish I could contact him and ask him to unlock my account.

Hi,

localbitcoins.com is a  scammer company that mainly scam inactive users. After doing research I found others users that got locked their account without any reason, so if you can unlock localbitcoins.com wallets contact me, my target price is $1000/account.

localbitcoin deleted my too
Or you deleted it to recover any funds left from your LBC account when bitcoin implemented sudden restrictions for certain countries like 15 of them can't able to trade or withdraw funds when Finland regulatory supervises the activities related to cryptos.

I am using my LBC account with no issues for more than 4 years now.hmmmm!

It seems, LBC scam mainly inactive users.
I did not delete anything, at least I dont know. How to delete the login history?
12  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: Localbitcoins.com after locking my Bitcoins my login history got deleted on: January 15, 2021, 08:05:07 AM
What do you mean log in history? Proof of ownership shouldn't be an issue if you can still access your account. If what you mean is you forgot your log in details like password, you can still recover it thru the "Forgot Password?" option. Did Localbitcoins disabled your account? Please provide more clarity about your issue.

Yes they suspeneded my account without reason. They said unauthorizedlogin but that is not true.
Yes I can still log in, I already make video and screenshots, but I would like to have a better proof.

Because LBC delete inactive accounts, I am afraid they also deelete my account and keep my Bitcoins.

Why do I have to have money on my bitfinex account before you can compare, and by the way, you can create as many account as possible and compare them, dont come here and try to scam anyone cus you are clearly a scammer

The pictures you shared here are chart of different time.
The first one is a 15 minute chart while the second one is a 5 minutes chart, how do you expect both to look same??

We all are not fools mate.

Sounds quite psychopathic, because you are fooling around, but accuse poeoples in the community to do that.
I am trading already 10 years I know that there is a difference between 5 minutes and 15 minutes charts, thats why I posted them.

thanks for destroying my topic.
Grin Grin Grin Grin
So sorry for your loss mate, i didnt mean to make you loose your precious topic, and besides, between the both of us , who sounds psychopathic? you claim youve been trading for 10 years and know the difference between a 5 minutes and 15 minutes chart , and you still post this here, this means you initially had the intention of scamming unsuspecting victims most especially newbies

Repent mate, for even if you gain the whole world, it profits you nothing except a lost soul.

Maybe your screen is too short, so you did not see the whole picture? I posted 2 pictures and with 2 charts vertically each. But there are some difference and I wonder why.
