I suggest you ask them why they hide those things. I know that their support team will glad to give clarification and doubts. Just give them time to reply or make a follow-up.
Well, I understand that you want transaparency but the thing is not necessary for me at all. Besides, if you have an account on their site you can simply take a glimpse at you dashboard, tracing back to your bet to see if you won or just loss because I believe it was been recorded as a form of transaction history.
i just asked and the reply they gave made no sense at all. they wont even tell me what my monthly crypto stats was.   played in the site and noticed it too. hiding a players stats is shady as fuk. and yes i will agree with op , it looks like a scam and a scam is not only when money is outrightly taken from you. luring people against their will is a scam |

Hey RichGang, thanks for pointing this out, there is indeed a bug when activating Max Bet on mobile, fixing this now.  it is not fixed. I can't find it on mobile. also, you should appreciate guys that discover bugs. that way other people can inform you once bugs are discovered |

Perhaps they are just working on the stats in the mean time that's why they don't display it? I don't see it as a scammy practice really, but may be unethical since you should be transparent to your players on their stats to know how much they already spent or how exactly they are faring against your site. For the side of the players though, they should know themselves whether they are playing too much and losing too much. If you are living on an average paycheck, you should know this since there's only little money to play with and most of the time it goes to your expenses and savings. I just spoke with a member of their customer support team regarding this as I was curios as well. They said they removed the profit/loss information because the stats were not accurate according to him. Data such as rakeback and race wins wasn't reflected apparently. He also said players can contact the support anytime they want to view their records. Not the optimal solution, but that's how it is now.
Kinda understand this sentiment since it's really hard to keep a database of such stats for years. Also take into account the number of unique players to have visited and played in the site since its inception, together with the duplicates before the one account per person rule was imposed. I still think that they can just make a 2-yr history max for all players and it wouldn't be a strain for the database and also to their system, and inaccuracies will also be avoided given how narrow the data set would be.bitsler, fortune jack and many others are also old and they still show players their stats. there is no justifiable reason to hid a players stats |

He didn't post all emails and left out the part where we offered to cancel the winnings in exchange for his deposit being returned. This was before we even checked his balance, his winnings or his wagered amount. We just saw his abuse and complaints and assumed he didn't even play his deposit and offered it back.
He broke the terms, he forfeited his free spin winnings in return for his deposit to be sent back, which we did.
He then played the remaining free spins before we had a chance to cancel them.
His wager was on a game that was excluded from the 40x rollover as per the terms too.
He lost 0 of his own money.
There are other players who have won more than he did on freee spins and withdrew their winnings.
There's people on the slots leaderboard who have cashed out and people will get their winnings from that when it's over too.
We, as we told goodac, we won't be dragged in to drama on public forums or platforms.
We made the decision and have explained the reasoning.
We will keep focusing on making the site even better for real players.

this is a summary of what happened. i was a high roller in a site and got referred to this site. i was given a few free spins. luckily for me, i was able to make the freespins to 0.014btc. this was really time consuming. when i tried withdrawing, a message popped up saying i cant withdraw without depositing. i deposited 0.0008btc, played a little more and made it to about 0.017btc, when i tried withdrawing again, i got a message that i cant withdraw till i wager 40x my profit. this particular message really pissed me off because they never told me about all this when i was given the free spins. i knew i will eventually loose all the cash because the terms and the rules they where coming up with just did not make sense. i saw it as a way of the site just luring people to come loose. well as expected i lost all my profit after wagering about 95% of what i was asked to wager. i contacted velvecasino and told them that next time they should specify terms clearly before players start playing. yes i was pissed and it was displayed in the message i sent them. after this time, i went to bed then woke up to see an email from them saying they they will send back the 0.0008btc i deposited if i send an adress, i sent it because it will make no sense to reject free cash. they sent the 0.0008btc to the adress i provided. i am sure they decided to do that after seeing how much i wagerd and how much i lost. i saw it as a compensating gift. later the same day, i logged in for my free spins, once again, i was lucky to make about 0.003btc, tried withdrawing and still got the same cant withdraw till i wager 40x my profit. i had to wager it and till i reached the 40x wager of profit. i was able to make a proft of 0.006btc. i tried withdrawing and this time it was successful. i waited for hours and it never broadcasted on blockchain. so, i had to contact support again and this time they cancelled the withdrawal and said they won't pay me because i insulted them and that i said i will forfeit the free spin. why will i fuckken do that when i know i have wagered enough to be able to withdraw? why will i do then when i know i have a contest i am topping? why will i fuckn forfiet spins when i have several spins ahead of me and i know that the possibility of winning more is high. why will i forfeit all this for 0.0008btc? the truth is these guy didnt believe that someone could actually come in with free spins and win. i will attach screenshots of the emails, and screenhots of the my winnigns and the cancelled withdrawal they cancelled the 0.0053 btc withdrawal https://prnt.sc/v2hswfi tried withdrawing and couldnt https://prnt.sc/v2i081https://prnt.sc/v2i0z5this is when i was able to withdraw https://prnt.sc/v2i1xbthis is where they asked if i will want the 0.0008btc back https://prnt.sc/v2i7e6here , they said they are not going to pay https://prnt.sc/v2i8j1https://prnt.sc/v2i9b8Hello. Current standings:  I see there is a change today, user goodac is out of from the leaderboard. Previously he was on 4th place as shown on your image above, but now I do not see his name on the leaderboard. How can he lost his position while there is no new players? Logically anyone may out from the leaderboard when there are some new recent players who get the required payout. Is there something wrong with this player or there is something wrong with your leaderboard? One more thing, about the total prize of this contest, how much is the total starting prize for 10 winners? You say it is progressive means that there should be a guaranteed total prize that may increase based on something. Could you please give this details under the rules, details about the guaranteed prize and how the progressive works. Whether it is based on how much is wagered during the contest or based on how much profit you earn during the contest.
