What happened: Sent invalid Target gift cards, then stopped responding.
Usual scammer. Took $35 for $200 worth of Target GC

His wallet receiving address is 3GHzMT2A88fVse9zeYPfWhskDT8BxsPWD2 and belongs to a Pax wallet.
