Anyone get any coupons recently or did they stop doing that?

just got one that I ordered last Wednesday. Never got a tracking number. Ordered another on Thursday and just got tracking for that one. Never received any coupons. Hope they give out some coupons so I can order another one.

Just purchased my first s1 and paid via coinbase. The payment address has 6 confirmations that Bitmain got the money but my order status says Unpaid

Expired.

Are they going to be manually checking all orders or do I need to contact them now that it has expired?
