2  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [In Stock] Batch 8! Gridseed miners in Stock in Los Angeles. [$225] on: June 21, 2014, 12:42:39 AM
Hey Phillip,

E-mail me or PM me here with your order info (any previous order where you got points) and I'll go ahead and get you one working coupon code (zero out the points, combine the $10.00 equivalents). Sorry all the drama has caused your issue to be overlooked. If you want you can just send the info to support@zoomhash.com and any CSR will be able to get your issue solved.

We've been trying to implement better rewards for our customers than just coupons, but that hasn't been finalized and I'm sure you just want to purchase your ASIC.

Thanks!
3  Economy / Computer hardware / Re: G Blade [$1099] from Zoomhash.com on: May 05, 2014, 09:53:30 PM
We're currently deciding on the interface for our cloud mining set-up. The ZoomHash team has always done the best we could to be as transparent as possible while remaining competitive. Feel free to post anything you would want on a cloud mining interface and we'll do our best to make the rates and pricing fair for your investment!

Get your hands on the low priced Blades while you can!
4  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [In Stock] Batch 8! Gridseed miners in Stock in Los Angeles. [$225] on: April 25, 2014, 12:34:08 AM

I'm a manager here at ZoomHash and we handle all returns at our California location. I'm not positive who told you to ship it back to China, but they were mistaken. I like to think we make it clear that we have some units that ship from China and some that ship from Los Angeles.

We charge a premium on those coming out of Los Angeles due to the extra costs involved, such as the costs for logistics and employees. This is only for bulk orders however as all of our smaller orders (pretty much anything less than 10 ASICs) comes directly from our Los Angeles warehouse. We've handled thousands of orders/shipments from our L.A. warehouse and the handful of returns/RMA's that have come to us were handled in L.A. as well.

That being said, I would love to win you back. If you have your order number or any information about your orders I'll do whatever I can to make it right. Again, I'm sorry for whoever mislead you but we ask that all our customers send their defective products back to us in Los Angeles, even if it was shipped from China.
5  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Advice on buying Gridseed Blade in UK on: April 18, 2014, 02:49:59 AM
I was speaking to a customer today about shipping to the UK, how bad are import taxes? He was telling me that the VAT he expected was around 17% is that really true? I'm just wondering as someone who doesn't live in the country, we have a lot of UK customers and I want to try and do right by them but jeeze those taxes are high.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Raspberry Pi Troubles pays LTC on: April 10, 2014, 04:32:27 AM
Do you have 5 Pi's for 20 ASICs? You should be able to run 32 off of a single Pi. Not sure if you're using our software or not, but it lets you use up to 32 it's linked on the top navigation of our main website. A majority of Gridseed issues tend to be power related.

When we set up ASICs we use computer power supplies. We have/sell a 12v to 6 Pin PCIE adapter that lets you plug in your gridseed units to one. You just have to know how to jump the PSU with a wire (not too difficult). I don't really know your exact setup, but I mean if they're on and just not being detected then it must be a hub or usb issue.

If you PM me your order number I can replace your hub and send you out some of the 12V/PCIE adapters anyways with the package. You also might want to make sure it's not bad usb's. Hopefully we get you fully up and running soon.
7  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: RIP Litecoin? on: April 01, 2014, 07:02:04 AM
Was being "ASIC Resistant" the only benefit to Litecoin? I haven't looked into it in a while, but I remember a big point when it started off was also the transaction times. Or did the recent update to bitcoin transactions make that point moot?

8  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Read before buying ASIC-SCRYPT MINERS on: March 21, 2014, 09:21:39 AM
I feel like ASICs really have their place (I might have some bias there), but as long as there is some successful ASIC Resistant crypto out there I'll be using my GPUs.

Currently mining Vertcoin and I don't see any reason to stop that, why not both? Wink

10  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Scrypt ASIC take over coming soon! on: March 17, 2014, 03:45:38 AM
There are some good up and coming coins that are still ASIC resistant like VTC. Mining LTC with GPUs however might be a thing of the past.
