If anyone has used Bitcoin to purchase real estate I would love to hear about your experience.

Obviously it is easy to use Bitcoin when dealing directly with a seller who owns the property free and clear.  However, I have not been able to find a title company who is willing to take Bitcoin directly, without first converting it to cash.

Any experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Bitcoin Loan Needed:

Contract for Deed for owner occupied Duplex in the Minneapolis Lakes area. I will live in this Duplex as I rehab it, and hold until I take out a mortgage to repay investor.  I can repay in Bitcoin or USD.

Investor would be primary lienholder on property until note is satisfied.  Promissory note included.  If I default on the loan repayment terms, investor takes property.
2-5 year note
No prepayment penalty
6% Interest (negotiable)
$315,000USD
