I'd like to ask about the Ulta balance some questions,
1 - Are they accounts with balance in them or are they gift cards?
2 - How high are the balances do you sell? And to make sure they are for 10% (like if i wanted 500$ I'd have to pay 50$ right?)
3 - any other ways of contact? and how do i use the balance do they have a success rate?
