I want to get involved with Nash DEX trading competition since prizes are very good and everybody who crosses the volume threshold is rewarded. The threshold for solo competition is too high for me but team threshold is doable. I made a topic with much more details but nobody responded yet;

This is not a spam or a scam of some sort, please research the project yourself and if you want to team up let me know.

You won't get any response since you are new here (no trust or anything). Plus that I don't see any type of team-up competition. But even if they run such competition and I miss to see it, everyone needs to pass KYC verification.
Not to mention that you post your referral link in your other thread, which is against forum rules...

I think that KYC is the problem here. quite a new service, at least I haven't heard of it so far. They bought the old domain, which has been used for some other purposes before. For example, web archive from the 2018 year. https://web.archive.org/web/20180809202037/http://nash.io/
I know for some more familiar and trusted trading options which offer many competitions. Even if I do not control my money, I can't trust to newly created offer.

Your legitimacy issues are all valid points so let me provide some further info. Nash is founded by the City of Zion crew, a group of developers that formed 3-4 years ago as a support group of Neo blockchain. They were basically Neo fans that wanted to provide some tools for Neo and improve on the project. CoZ guys did many awesome stuff for Neo such as Neon wallet, Neo block explorer, translation of various documents, and many other technical stuff that I am not very well versed on. At some point in 2018 the CoZ leadership wanted to found their own project and originally they envisioned an exchange based on Neo. Over time they modified their original version to develop a layer 2 exchange using solution similar to btc's lightning network. Combining this with some original and innovative solutions such as hash-locking they delivered first ever btc trading on a DEX with speeds that are as CEX or faster. This is how they did it;

https://blog.nash.io/trade-bitcoin-on-nash-now/

Over time they delivered many other "unique selling points" but not to repeat myself please check my original post here;

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=2893497;sa=showPosts

Since this projects had very close relations to Neo in the past, naturally the Neo community is very excited for this project so I got a very good response on official Neo reddit;

https://www.reddit.com/r/NEO/comments/k6l7bz/new_trading_competition_on_nash_dex_with_prizes/

Nash's off chain matching engine is deterministic and provably fair so besides your funds being safe because it is non-custodial, even orderbook manipulations are impossible due to the nature of the Matching engine. Any technical question can be asked to Nash support or on twitter of some of the founders;

https://twitter.com/canesin

Btw. the reason they purchased the domain in 2018 is because the project was originally called Nex (as in NEOn Exchange) but Nex trademark was already taken so they opted for Nash dedicated to John Nash, a famous mathematician. Their coin, which they registered as EU security (first of its kind in crypto) has the purpose of gaining dividends from collected fees. They are paid out daily and the Nash exchange gives back up to 75% of all collected fees back to their community.

I hope this clears some things.

The project is worth checking out, google it, watch some reviews on YouTube, you may like it or not, but it is no scam.

@condoras; thanks again for the kind post. If any of you know somebody who would be interested since rewards are really amazing, please link them my original post;

Thanks to both of you very much!

Appreciate your response. Yes, I posted my referral and a bunch of valuable info (also, my referral is optional since I also posted a registration link without it and clearly distinguished between both). It took me a good 20 minutes to write that post so I don't see it as some generic spamm trash. Other than that I agree with you, nobody should trust me on an anything, people should investigate by themselves. Nash DEX is not the most popular but having its main net out for over a year and being one of the few DEXes with btc trading I would think at least some of the people would hear about it before.

What do you mean you don't see any team-up competition, it is all over the website;

Maybe you didn't go through all the links I posted but thank you anyway for the feedback and kind reply.

I would suggest trying Nash DEX since they have real btc trading and many interesting features. Yes, they do require KYC so if that is not a problem for you I would strongly recommend it. They are also running a trading competition currently with huge prizes so that's definitely worth checking out. I posted the details here;

Full disclosure, yes I am a bag holder but I find this a great opportunity nevertheless.
6  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Trading competition on Nash DEX with prizes over $1,000,000 on: December 04, 2020, 10:10:59 AM
About Nash

Nash is a blockchain agnostic DEX with an off-chain matching engine that features real btc trading (btc on this DEX is not wrapped). Nash also features a fiat on/off ramp with 0% fees so CEX-es are no longer needed not even for fiat on/off (goodbye Coinbase). Nash has also developed its MPC (multy-party computation) wallet which makes it more secure than any hardware wallet (also supported via mobile app) - learn more about MPC wallets here; https://blog.nash.io/the-safest-crypto-wallet-is-no-longer-hardware/

Nash is based on order books and not liquidity pools. Nash has market making partners that provide liquidity so spreads are mostly 0.1% or lower. Also worth noting that all orders have an execution time of less than 20ms which makes it faster than any other DEX and even most CEXes. Nash has also developed decentralized API keys which make it extremely secure for algorithmic trading.

Trading competition

Yesterday it was announced that Nash is organizing a very lucrative trading competition in which everybody that achieves certain volume thresholds is rewarded; it is not a game of chance or luck, if you cross the threshold you are rewarded, period.

You can compete in teams (higher volume threshold) or solo (lower volume threshold). Team registrations are open until 15-th of December.

To engage in the competition KYC is required.

See the details of the competitions, volume thresholds and other info here;
