To be honest, I have a bit panic as I am not on the list. That's not true that 217stakes left for second round as many of us (1st round stakeholders) will loss the right to gain 2nd distribution, maybe due to some reason. Those stakes will be put in the bounties pool, from the dev's post, with my understanding. I hope the dev may spend a bit more time on review the 1st round stakeholders who are rejected in the 2nd round. It seems I'm also not on the 2nd round list. I'm keeping voting always. The fact makes me sad. But be patient plz. It's only a raw list. The dev may update and more people will be in. |

I find it quite ridiculous that it's a coin that's apart from the PoS concept that I actually find very appealing, is about some "fair distribution" based on if people has contributed or not and the limit you have to pass is to posts 50 messages on here. As if the crypto community only consist of this forum... [Edit: typo]
Not ridiculous at all. No absolute fairness at all. We indeed need some rules to select the initial stakeholders in order to distribute the 100% PoS coins. So we have rules to select active members. You do realize that I was pointing out that there's not only one place where the community is active right? There's something called IRC and github, if you've ever heard of them. Yes, there should be some bias. That's the way the COMM is designed. Like C2, you need have senior Facebook account. Like AUR, you need have Iceland nationality. These are alll biased. There is no a perfect selection creteria which is fair for everybody. If you think there is one, show us. |

You are right. I think Mintpal is a good choice. Before being on Mintpal, Poloniex may be a not bad choice. Anyway, NEVER choose exchanges like CyptoRush and NXT-E!! I'm so angry and disappointed by them today. We are really hurt by these exchanges. Look what happened recently to their users. It's a lesson for us. Get on good exchanges and Never on untrustable ones. I'd like to ask if Polonix would like add us. Here, I'd like to apply one stake for me. Add I want to contribute to the great community. Bad things can happen to us unexpectedly. We can't always prevent them. But its our actions AFTER they have happened that define who we are. So stop pointing fingers and blaming each other. Come up with a plan and move on!
yeah I had to eat a 70 BTC loss with the collapse of MTgox, it was totally my responsibility. I have moved on wiser for it ; that's why I bought my faircoins on NXT-e then immediately withdrew them to my wallet, no more hot wallets for me. 70 BTC! That's a really expensive lesson! Obviously, you do learn something from it, aren't you? BTW: you are a rich man! |
