You can reverse transfers when you use Payoneer, and dealing with cryptocurrencies is not allowed, which makes you in a better position than the other party who will send Bitcoin to you in a way that cannot be reversed.
If you are not reliable enough, no one will perform that transaction with you, even at such an exchange rate.

First of all, if you send funds to different account or cash out via ATM after receiving them then they are no longer reversible.
