It will need some time for you evangelists to learn that bitcoin is digital gold and not digital money.
Fyrstikken (cryptorush) would call it a commodity: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8q9DvydzAsYQuote: "Bitcoin worshipers will never go to heaven " LOL Price trending to the cost of mining it. Use of malicious negative feedback to suppress free speech brings shame on the bitcoin community.Frystikken is an idiot. But that doesnt disprove my point. Its simply plain logic, that a hard cap coin can not be a currency. It IS a ponzi and risky investment. Money works totally different from Bitcoins. As said, it is not wrong to invest in bitcoins, but what's wrong is to confuse gold and money. So gold is a ponzi scheme? I'm confused. I'm also confused about what happened here. Auroracoin is dead now? Was it actually a scam or did somebody just destroy it for kicks and giggles or for their own personal motives? Also, how was it so easy to kill the coin? Doesn't this mean every other low hashrate scrypt coin is vulnerable? What about scrypt-N and PoS coins? Thanks in advance for helpful replies, I'm just looking for information and trying to understand how things are shaping up in this dark world of cryptocurrencies. Since when was there a hard cap on gold?

I noticed the hash rate and interest didn't take off like your last scam coin panda jacobUX and sevoque. I am guessing the majority of the community are wise to your pre mine/IPO scam pump/dump forget/leave coins you keep making and then ditching once you get bored/milk dry.
You really had a chance with panda to make a name for yourself and instead you got greedy and mucked it all up. And don't give me the "wolong did it" crap, we all know sevoque done the initial dump that got it all started and destroyed that coin.
wolong did it i invite anyone to come and raise any of these issues with us and actually learn what really happened if you want to be open minded enough to listen. If not, please find a new thread. Point taken, you don't like us, we get it "with us" That means YOU invite people to ask YOUR GROUP who is the scam.... How genus you are! How innocent you are! Why don't you invite people to ask WOLONG's Group? Littlewizard, i get it, u dont like us, u dont like the coin or what were doing. No problem. Kinda hard to blame him isn't it? I'm surprised Molly didn't dox you down and punch you in your stupid face. You dropped your PANDA knowing the agreement was for the dev team to hold for 6 months. How did you suddenly convince yourself that you were exempt from this agreement? You had it made with Pandacoin, hundreds of Wolong's BTC there to stabilize the coin through the usually turbulent first few months. I can't believe that anyone would be so incredibly stupid. Then you defended yourself tirelessly to people (many of whom lost thousands of dollars because you are an idiot) and blamed it on the evil Wolong. Did you really think he was gonna stick around knowing you had tried to fuck him? He knew the agreement was six months, anyone who bought the IPO knew the agreement was six months, and yet you, somehow, thought it didn't apply to you. Then you have the absolute gall to start another coin and think it has a snowball's chance in the burning fires of crypto hell to succeed? You must be some kind of sociopath or something, I can't believe my eyes.

One exchange with less than 3btc volume last 24hrs. There are reasons beyond sketchy devs to avoid this one.

you are forgetting here that mintcoin is linked to btc and that you are "dumping" btc.
so maybe the price of mint will go up... if this becomes a standard, the price of btc will go down.
bubble: *poof*
Are you suggesting that selling BTC for MINT is g0ing to tank the 10 billion $ BTC market? If so, you really need to give your head a shake.

this 21btc buy wall is pissing me off i wanna buy at 1sat and then it must shoot up to 10 hahah sigh This! and FYI, we're looking into an issue with payouts, it should be resolved shortly. Thank you!
Payouts are running again! please implement worker disconnect algorithm to maintain sub 30% network hashrate This too would be really great. Would need to average out the net hashrate over a period of time ofcourse though, net rates fluctuate so much for all the reasons I'm quite sure you know The bigger problem is that no other pools are even advertising in the thread here! They should be doing more to put themselves in front. It's tough when we not only have to handle the maintenance of our pool, but also add code to make it smaller? As for any risks of a fork, there's an exceedingly low chance of this happening. I think people are scared of what happened with DogeCoin, but that was specifically due to some bugs in the wallet code that made the fork survive. Half the pools/exchanges were on one wallet, and the other half were on another. We'll continue to monitor things, and if we see anything dangerous happening then we'll shut off a couple of our stratum servers temporarily to bounce people to other pools. That's the easiest way, since writing our own worker banning algorithm would take a LOT of work. Dedicated pool has been good for me been mining there since launch.

This Blackcoin-Mining idea is great... look at the raise....
Has nothing to do with it, a doge multipool did nothing for it. If you check out the BC thread you'll find that a couple of people pumped in over 1000btc and started the frenzy. The only thing that moves a market that drastically is pumping.

Ok, i gonna have to sell my Zeitcoin, the risk is just to high for a fork in the chain and loosing all i have. Iam sorry ppl iam out.
Why do you say that? What happened???[/b] I still haven't been paid the 2.4 million zeitcoin I'm owed for when zeitcoin forked last time and all coins were lost on cryptorush. Developers of zeitcoin said they would make this right... how long??? You have no idea what you are talking about. So long! ? Cryptorushin told me they can't give me my 2.4 million zeitcoin because there was a fork or something and the developers didnt tell the exchange and some how my coins were lost because of this. So yes maybe I don't know what I'm talking about, but I do know my coins aren't here and the developers said they were going to replace them. still waiting. I thought you said you were leaving. There was no fork, CR lied to you, and the developers might be able to help you out, but they don't owe you anything.

Then I closed it, popped my wallet.dat back in the zetcoin folder and it downloaded the blockchain and I was back in business.
