not active here for a long time .........however I do play dice 24/7 on bitvest using dicebot.......too many people want something for nothing from dice sites.......you win you get paid......you lose you lose..... make a deposit and try again......very simple And I thought gambling was about having a good time and, with a bit of luck, winning something. No offense, but is it not a bit like using the 24/7 bot that you want something for nothing? Btw, I didn't know at all that using bots is tolerated by casinos .. I do have fun.......bots are a good way of testing betting strategies, however you can lose a lot very quickly. I not offended betting always contains an element of risk, so I'm not after something for nothing. When I lose I just try to come up with a better strategy, no use whinging and complaining. A bot is just a tool to help prevent RSI https://bot.seuntjie.com/ ........if you check out this site you may be surprised how many dice sites support bots. I like this bot as it allows you to program your strategy into it and away you go. Cheers Jon

YOLOdice players, we would like your opinion! A topic that comes up often for many players is bet speed: What can YOLOdice do to make bets faster? First, you must understand that bet speeds are determined largely by your own internet speed, but also your distance from the YOLOdice servers. For example the servers are in Europe (Ireland), so players in EU will tend to have much higher bet speeds than players in the USA, or the Philippines, which are much further away. However, there's another important factor that tends to get forgotten (this is the important one for this discussion): How much of the site's bet history is available on-demand? In YOLOdice's case, we have every single bet placed (nearly 7 BILLION) instantly available for players to look at whenever they please. However, if we were to limit this stored bet amount, to something like the last 250 Million bets placed, or only bets placed within the last month, according to Ethan, we could significantly decrease induced bet delays, and bet speed in general for regular bets would likely improve (but again, distance from server and internet speed matter the most for this). So here's the million-dollar question we'd like you guys to form your opinions on: Would you prefer to have access to all bets placed on YOLOdice (as it is now), or increased bet speeds but without on-demand older bets? last years worth of bets should be enough.......we all want faster bets Cheers Jon

I think it would be nice that when making rain, that it would automatically not tip anyone on your ignore list......any comments ? I think it would help with PM beggars ......your can ignore them and not see them in chat .......but they still get rain just by being active...that sucks

It seems there is some confusion about two things we decided to change recently:
1. We increased time delays for small bets
Small bets have a delay between 0.2s to 1s (and 2s for 0-value bets). We've raised the threshold a bit, so that bets smaller that listed below get a delay now:
- 0.00001 BTC (1000 satoshis) - 0.001 LTC - 0.0002 ETH - 15 DOGE
There are a few reason for this:
- we wanted to give our database some rest, at least for a while, - the number of small bets we were getting was impacting the performance from time to time for all players, - most of the small bets, hunting the green on high multipliers, came from faucet-players.
This is not a permanent change, but we'd like to keep it for a while.
We wanted to keep the threshold relatively small, and it's now ~ 0.05 USD. It does not mean you cannot place bets smaller than these thresholds, it just means betting would be a bit slower. I realize playing with small amounts with high multipliers (yeah, up to x990,000) is great, but we need to find a better solution to keep everyone happy.
If you have any ideas, please share!
2. We raised minimum DOGE and LTC tips to be on par with other coins
The minimum amount of DOGE you can now tip changed from 10 DOGE to 150 DOGE and 0.003 LTC to 0.008 LTC.
I realize DOGE is supposed to be fun, and it's fun indeed to send people small tips for fun. That's why we made min tip in DOGE 15 times smaller than in other coins. We would probably keep it this way if I haven't seen a number of players abuse this to farm faucet :-(
It seems that a lot of changes we keep making is just to make abuse harder, but it sometimes hurts the regular players. Rest assured we keep looking for better and better solution. And most importantly nothing is written in stone - if something doesn't work, we can change it.
Feel free to tell me what you think!
Cheers, Ethan
Hi Ethan Just a thought on faucet-players......maybe you could introduce a real delay on any player that claims from faucet, seconds or even a minute between bets. This delay could stay in place until player makes a deposit. For players with multiple accounts using the faucet on any account should trigger delay on all accounts. This would be fair to players that only play with there own funds, and slow down the leaches. Cheers Jon

Hi Ethan How about minimum delay on any BTC bet and kick in delays as value of coin decreases, this would encourage play in BTC. although I bet at minimum at times I've still turned over better than 50 BTC Cheers Jon

Crypto conditions being soon to be implemented in komodo ecosystem is what will drive KMD to a notch higher. Security wise komodo's dPow is top of the line technology . So if any blockchain adoption surges security is one important aspect in an ecosystem then komodo platform will spearhead it.
Security is the most interesting features of KOMODO platform, which forced me to invest into this one one year ago. For now, I feel satisfied with my decision. Komodo is for me one of The best project on The market, i really think in next bull run we hit easy 100$ I have some pigs with wings that you may like to make an offer on Cheers Jon

Wasn't Boolberry one of the original SuperNet coins? Is BarterDEX the same as SuperNet? Boolberry was involved with Supernet......but everything changed when Next changed direction and jl777(James) removed Supernet from the Next environment. BarterDex is a P2P trading platform that removes the need for centralized exchanges and therefore government regulations. It also protects against exchange hacks/thefts/delistings This gets back to the central idea of cryptocurrency.........the governments can do whatever they want with Fiat.....just leave our crypto alone Cheers Jon

Hi b4h4mu7 ......has anyone reached out to Jl777 to try to get him to include Boolberry into baterDEX.........I refuse to give my passport and license details to any exchange. They have a habit of lax security and as most people know identity theft is a growing Industry. I joined Kucoin and after you join they want all of your personal details.....if this was stated up front I would not have bothered... THERE IS NO POINT IN HAVING THE BEST PRIVACY BASED COIN.....IF YOU HAVE TO SACRIFICE YOUR PRIVACY TO TRADE ITCheers Jon

Can anyone tell me how to get a list of nodes I'm connected to? Cheers Jon Edit: I'm using gui wallet on windows 7

Yeah just logged back in with dicebot showing zero balance ...website shows correct balance BTCCheers Jon As it says above in the thread, Seuntjie said it would take a few days to update DiceBot. The current version isn't working with the new API parts, so that's why it shows zero. Be patient My bad...it sounded like he would have too update for LTC only...........could you PM me when it comes online please and thank you Cheers Jon

Good news!
Finally, i've solved the problem with windows builds. I thought it was related with windows 10 since first reports came from this OS, and wasted some time to prepare wind10 environment, and there i figured out that the problem was absolutely not related with OS, just incompatibility of the original GUI HTML API with backend API. This issue had fixed, please report new issues here or in bbr slack: boolberry.slack.com or in github.
New build available: http://boolberry.com/downloads/windows/bbr-win-x64-v0.3.0.44(083358b)-installer.exe
MacOS and Linux builds are coming soon...
Zoidberg.Welcome home great to see you back here...is this a recommended update if you are already all synced up and running v0.3.0.41? Cheers and seasons greetings Jon

no exchange to buy from, yet?
Thanks.
Guy, what are you thinking to say that or you're just a bot? This coin even hasn't launched yet, where is the coins to exchange? Not a bot, unsure whether to purchase Boolberry to exchange for Doubloon but it doesn't look like there will be any swap. Ok, i guess ICO is out of the question? Hard fork...stuff ICO...far too many of them. Cheers Jon

I am confused. What is the process for obtaining the new coin if I already have Boolberry?
The most important thing is Don't panic it will all be explained by Dev team before the event. Cheers Jon
