4  Economy / Trading Discussion / Experience sharing using Ichimoku Cloud for day trading on: February 05, 2023, 07:40:06 AM
hello,

I understood that Ichimoku Cloud is the best and single indicator that gives an idea about future move of the market compared to the rest of lagging indicators.

What's your own experience with it for intra-day trading? It works best for lower volatility coins like BTC or you had good experience with any altcoin?
Which are the settings your using? When do you open and close a position?

thanks
5  Economy / Trading Discussion / Best trading method in terms of accuracy for day trading? on: February 05, 2023, 07:27:33 AM
Hello guys,

I use Elliott Waves in my trading but I'm studying Price Action and Gann to complement my knowledge.

Those that tested multiple methods, what did you find as more efficient in terms of accuracy for day trading?

thanks
6  Local / Offtopic / Spamming by phone? on: November 01, 2022, 03:57:42 PM
hello guys,
I have no clue from where  the leak comes from but today I got a call from Alba county from a guy asking me if I am aware about stocks and stocks trading. Conversation was in English, I could hear some oriental music in background. After about 5mins call explaining the guy that I am interested for now in crypto trading only and the only thing I need to know from him was the source from where he got my number, he said that he has connections with financial advisors and cannot tell the source, he has some sort of platform and he'll call me in a week.
I am wondering if you had some experience like this so far, the guy called me yesterday too but I was busy and I told him I'll call him back but there was nobody answering.

cheers
7  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: EW traders telegram channel on: May 29, 2022, 07:26:44 PM
For me it's enough to have 5-10 people from this forum sharing daily EW charts, I see some interested so waiting for some more then I'll create that channel.
Till then I linger in MysteryWave and few others.
8  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: EW traders telegram channel on: May 20, 2022, 04:50:59 AM
I'm willing to send the channel name via private message since I want to select the users that are really willing to be active rather to have a ton of just curious people Smiley
9  Economy / Trading Discussion / EW traders telegram channel on: May 19, 2022, 09:45:38 PM
hi there,

Thanks to some recommendation I got from this forum, I am a member of MysteryWave telegram channel.
The problem is that community is dead  Angry

I would like to create a telegram channel of EW traders that can share daily chart ideas and chat about EW as trading method.
As option, we can make it more fun by comparing the ideas and see who's the most accurate day trader, to have some sort of ranking Smiley

So, is there any EW trader willing to share his count via such telegram channel?

10  Economy / Trading Discussion / Best place to buy stocks / shares as EU citizen? on: May 19, 2022, 08:19:48 PM
Hi,
Since crypto is so volatile these days and there is not much fun in bear market I want to diversify my investment while waiting for bull market to resume.
Can you tell some of the best choices where to buy some stocks / shares if I'm located in EU?

Many thanks
11  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Coding a trading bot? on: February 05, 2022, 07:02:51 PM
I have my bot framework ready, what would be the best strategy to implement for spot trading, or at least a decent one?
12  Economy / Exchanges / Re: Any advance way of setting limit orders? on: January 10, 2022, 09:38:12 AM
I have 0USDT available in account.
I have running limit SELL order of 10USDT worth BTC at price 40000USDT.
If BTC price goes to 38000USDT I want to set BUY limit order of 10USDT at 38000USDT price.

How to do this in automatic way?
13  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What stopped you from starting crypto earlier??? on: January 10, 2022, 05:35:14 AM
I heard about Bitcoin way earlier than I joined it (one year ago), the reason that I was not curious enough was that I had/have a very good job and didn't feel the need for more money, my focus in life is also enjoying hobbies, family. By that time I was also sick of spamming with binary options investments.
14  Economy / Exchanges / Any advance way of setting limit orders? on: January 10, 2022, 04:43:48 AM
Hi,
I'm on Binance.

I want to do the following:

Precondition:
0 USDT in account
1 limit sell order set at 40000 BTCUSDT

What to do:
if (BTC price < 40000 USDT)
{
  set_limit_order("buy", amount)
}

I would like to do that via Binance or by other means like Pine script or other.
I need to know if it's possible and to have some guidance.

Many thanks!

PS: because most of my topics get 70% offtopic messages, I ticked self-moderated option for this one.
15  Economy / Exchanges / What's the best exchange after Binance? on: January 05, 2022, 12:00:38 PM
hi,
I am on Binance but I want to buy some coins that they don't have. Later, I might consider to do also trading on that particular exchange.
So, is there any top5 of exchanges based on available coins, trading volume, fees, other criteria? As I'm on Binance, KYC is not a concern.

thank you
16  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What NINJA means in crypto world? on: January 04, 2022, 10:38:51 PM
context... I've seen either usernames with it or in signatures, I searched on this forum and found more hits, there is also a tool called Ninjatrader.
I think the post from mk4 is good enough, thanks for your explanations Smiley
There might be some uses with ninja in their name but if you have came across some forum member with this name then it must be TryNinja as he has developer and have built some sites and keep posting good technical content on forum.

He has own website forum related information and you can check it here : Ninjastic.space - BitcoinTalk Post/Address archive + API

Rest don't know some signatures matching to it and what you must have come across. You can check the above mentioned ones and tell whether there was anything you were looking for or not.

That's it! Cheesy thank you

19  Economy / Trading Discussion / EMA vs. MA(SMA) on: December 17, 2021, 09:20:53 AM
Hi,

Which actual values you're using for EMAs/MAs?
Why using one and not the other?
What fits best for 1m, 15m, 1hr, 4hr, 1D trading charts?
What fits best for BTC and what for alts?

thank you
20  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Swapping tokens: Metamask vs Pancakeswap (or similar DEX)? on: November 27, 2021, 08:40:35 PM
hi,

I want to dive more into crypto world and I want to buy some tokens I can't find in Binance, tokens that I believe will grow so I can do some swing trades with them.
In order to prepare this, I installed Metamask browser extension and I'm on step to transfer some BNB to it from my Binance account.

I imported the token contract address I want to buy in Metamask.

Now I have some questions:
1. what's the difference between swapping tokens in Metamask vs. connecting the Metamask wallet to a DEX? Can it work without such connection?
2. assuming my transaction is successful so I have the token in my wallet, how can I swap it to USDT (stable coin) instead of swapping back to BNB? Do I have to add TRC20 network, import USDT contract?
3. what's the best method to send my funds from Metamask back to Binance account? (what coin, what network, etc)

thank you
