I send some money to my friend, and he didn't receive it. In my transactions  is write transaction complete , but he don't have my money. I'm not on a wrong wallet , all is fine with game, but with money no. Why? Please help me.

I do that, and always is like that. now is 20 hours.

In my wallet is write: out of sync. And my time for wait increase. For example: when i had opened the game , my time of syncronisation was 16 hours.. And now is 19. Why?
