8GB of RAM and 100GB pagefile as well.
100GB pagefile  why do you have that? Just as precaution. It's a mining only computer anyway, so why not?  |

running 5 sapphire r9 290s with the following settings:
vertminer --scrypt-vert -o stratum+tcp://xxxxxxxxx -u x -p x -g 1 -w 256 -I 20 --thread-concurrency 32765 --gpu-fan 100 --api-listen
gpus fixed to 924mhz, temps around 71-82°. getting ~2.1 mh/s.
played with the memory clocks but iam just able to get more hashes but lower WU, so i decided to keep it this way. the hw error problems does not seem to affect the 290s, so i stick to -I 20, getting 0 HW. WU is arround 95% of current hashrate.
How are you doing that? I can't get it to start with those settings. Vertminer says TC is too high. Are you sure you have enough RAM? 8GB of RAM and 100GB pagefile as well. |

can anybody able to get stable at least 24 hours 450kh/s from 290 trix oc can share his setting?I can run 6-7 hours straight with this: "intensity" : "19",

No afterburner or any other controllers. Just vertminer.  wow that has to be golden card .is that really a 290 or 290x? All four are Sapphire R9 290 Tri-x. |

Is this coin profitable to mine? I'd only make about 5 coins a day that means $3.75, with electricity bills and all, I'd be paying to mine this coin. Is this right?

Depends on the Exchange rate  Is there a reliable BTCs exchange yet? btc2.cryptominer.net can't handle all the connections the diff is going through the roof. At one point I saw 50 ghash and over 2000 diff.

Hey Christian, 10mh/s on my 780 WF here.  61% power, so 201w from the psu. 1267mhz core and 6660mhz memory effective. 65c (25c ambient) Is that one GPU? An Nvidia? HOW??? |

I have come to the conclusion that while using this forum most people who chat here are not around which means they are proly on the otherside of the world from me. That means while I sit in my chair, all you mofo's are upside down! haha.

Guys, I have 15x R9 290's and one on RMA. At the moment I am sitting at about 2400-2700 mh/s when mining UTC, does this sound right?

What's up with the profitability? I'm not getting 1/3 of the projected profitability.  Probably orphans / rejects because nitro owns this coin. Damn! I might go back to clevermining until nitro launches the second pool. If 10% of the people just....moved to other pools the entire network would function in harmony... but no one cares, they just wana mine on nitro and screw over everyone else. Anyone not mining on nitro right now is sacrificing profits to keep the network from imploding. Whe moved with 40 rigs to utc.pool.pm and is very consistend and orphans at 4% for me!! at leetpools i had 10%. so i suggest people if the move go to utc.pool.pm where can i see that orphan% ? at the pool stats! By the way, does 2330 mh/s sound right for this sort of setup? Thanks! |
