You were happy to converse with anyone who had an interest - sale or no, for your collectibles in the past, so its only courtesy that you answer and try resolve issues and complaints when they arise here too. If i was you my rule was different. i would made it this way:
"You have 48 hours to claim that coins were stolen or lost in the transit. If tracking will show as "delivered" and no claims from the buyer, i will load the coin in 48 hours."
