You can claim the bonus (if any) from the dashboard interface anytime.

Neverlose money seems very good for longtime investor.I have a question Is there any hidden fees or charge?

Not hidden but, the fees are:

1. In addition to the 10% penalty on broken lock-ups, 3% of fund goes to the treasury (No penalty or fee at all if the lock-up is matured).
100% of those funds collected from the broken lock-ups are converted into HUNT tokens and burnt quarterly
(more info on "HUNT Burning Mechanism" section on the website: https://token.hunt.town)

2. Like any dApps, you should pay the gas fee on writing transactions

I like the idea but there are still some fundamental questions I will like answers to.
1. How do you pick he tokens to lock in your smart contract
2. Who bear the lose if the smart contract is hacked, if the fund locked starts growing significantly it would attract hackers to the platform
3. What happen when one of the smart contracts of the tokens locked is hacked and people are now dumping the tokens
4. Who are you guys? can we know you

1. How do you pick he tokens to lock in your smart contract
-> We're developing a community governance system, so users will be able to vote on what token pool they wish to add

2. Who bear the lose if the smart contract is hacked, if the fund locked starts growing significantly it would attract hackers to the platform
-> I will quote the footer sentence on the website:
"Even though the smart contract is audited and thoroughly unit tested, you may still encounter an unexpected issue.
Please do your own research before you interact with the protocol and use it at your own risk. We are not liable for any financial loss."

3. I guess that's very unlikely happens because all current lock-up pools (WETH, WBTC, HUNT) are based on a common ERC20 implementation.
If those token contract got hacked, that means probably most ERC20 tokens in the world would become worthless.

4. Our team is developing blockchain related apps and services since 2017. You can see more info on:

https://token.hunt.town/

You can also check the team member info on the Whitepaper attached on the footer.

How can I earn WRN token? What is the current price?

WRN token is being distributed based on the effective lock-up shares on each pool.
Currently it's only traded on Uniswap at $2.64, but the price is meaningless as it doesn't have enough volume.

Check more info about WRN distribution here:
https://docs.neverlose.money/getting-started/faq#how-are-wrn-tokens-distributed

Do I get it right - this is a sort of a staking program? But, compared to projects that offer staking option, you are just a fund holder, while they  provide staking (holding) their own token or coin.

So the question is - if they pay for staking with their own altcoin, where you get funds for paying for holding ? Only from penalties if other users withdraw? Otherwise it looks like a Ponzi scheme.

Why would people wish to hold funds in your service, if then can hold them in their own wallets?

The bonus is generated from other users’ penalty so it is not guaranteed.
It’s not a staking service, it is a smart contract that holds users’ fund.
So it’s like a hodling game between users (hodling winners take losers’ penalty)

So what’s better compare to holding in their own wallet?
1. You can (probably) get bonuses if you’re going to keep the fund for a set period of time anyway
2. The penalty may help you from impulsive selling on high fluctuating market (help long term investment)
3. You can also get WRN token distribution that will be used for the protocol governance and community later

What is the minimum investment?

There's no minimum amount, but you should probably consider a high transaction cost on Ethereum network these days.
