Here's my detailed situation:
I don't know my exact BTC or USD Balance because I do a lot of day trading.
I have a rough estimate but that can shift a lot due to the fact that I have many buy/sell orders placed the night before the attack. Some could very well filled and that would drastically change my BTC/USD distribution ratios.
Apparently MtGox will not approve your request if you don't have an accurate balance estimate.
I have provided so far:
-An estimated Account balance (could be way off but I noted that in my submission)
-My static IP address
-Dwolla Account #
-Full Dwolla transaction history (directly from Dwolla, with dates and time tag)
-Full BTC deposit/withdraw history with addresses (directly from bitcoin client)
I have re-submitted my claim at least 6 times already, and each time I gave more and more informations.
But I always get the same automated Email response suggesting that I should give them an estimated balance and deposit account info.
At this point I don't even know what eles I can provide in order to prove I'm the rightful owner of the account.
What's going on here? Am I screwed?
Can someone from MtGox help me recover my account please?
Anyone knows how to get in touch with them directly?
Any help is appreciated!
