I don't have a problem stating that the servers were in Paris.  http://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/94.23.28.117  Take a gander at that link.  These people don't need 24 hours to pay back, they need to be internet shamed by everyone!

All the idiots that have been posting that they can't find out anything about where the servers are, to me are now just hacks.  In two minutes on a google search, I got the following info.  Please click the link to see what I found.  http://urlquery.net/report.php?id=1396034094782  Please scroll down towards the bottom to where it says Intrusion Detection Systems and Last 5 reports on domain.  You will see that there has been some intrusions and it looks like that it is ongoing and they are trying to get the hackers out of the site code.  There must be something wrong at the hosting company.  The interesting thing I find, is that the hosted server is in Costa Rica.  Sounds to me like the ones talking crap absolutely don't know what they are talking about.  They didn't do a basic search and only relied on information that can be controlled.  All information can be found out one way or another legally.  Its just a matter of how serious someone looks.  To me, the idiots are just full of themselves and have no idea whats really going on and are trying to control the prices as much as possible.  It almost sounds like the ones dumping on Coinex is the pumpers and dumpers because they lost a forum to do their scams in.

To Capt and Erundock:  Please provide us some information as to when we can have access to our coins.  Just post something daily even if it is that you are still working on it.  Any communication is better than nothing or having to wait 5 days for you to post something.  If things are going to be delayed, let us know.  This poor communication setup is only hurting your cause more than helping.  What you have done in the past is losing its luster because of the lack of communication from you.  All I ask is you keep us informed.  I actually was pushing all my mining to you guys because I felt safe.  Why not just add Authy to the site?  That will give everyone a 2FFA setup if they choose to take it or not.  If they don't then the loss is on them if you are offering it.

In the end, some are full of it and others are waiting patiently.  While Coinex is taking its time, I am mining elsewhere and moving my coins to a more secure setup outside of Coinex.  Too bad that information is lacking otherwise I would have held off.

I just had to post after watching stupid post after stupid post of people who do not understand security.  I am going to put it from the point of view as a web developer, which is what I am.  If you want a perfectly secure computer, go buy one, then never take it out of the box or power it up.  That is the only secure system.

A web application such as Coinex can be as secure as possible, however, it is running on a server that has an operating system.  How often do you get updates for security issues?  Just remember all those updates have to be checked out and unfortunately when one update gets put out, it can open up another security flaw.  I don't know how the theft occurred, but I will say this, there are several possibilities including a hack attack on the server, then some sort of a program installed on the server and that can collect up all the admin user names and passwords that it wants then it just a matter of a hacker logging into the system and taking what they want.  The hard part is hacking into the server.

I trust Erundock and CaptainFuture.  They have always made sure that any transfers that didn't happen, were made to happen.  Yes I had to follow the appropriate steps to file a ticket but I have never had a ticket go for more than a week.  It takes alot to run a web server.  If you have never done it, then shut up until you have spent a few years doing it.  If you have never coded, shut up until you do it for a few years.  If you want all your money safe and sound, you will never find a place in this world that is safe.  I call some of you the 7/11 generation, always wanting things instantly and not happy if you don't get it immediately.  Well, web servers are not 7/11 and it takes time to read through all the system event logs and other logs and figure out what happened.  It seems to me that they are trying to not just piece together what happened but how to prevent it in the future.  With only a few people, you need to give them time.  Get off your damn high horse and relax.  You try reading server logs for 8 hours then be forced to read more for another 8 hours.  It gets ver tiring.

Once again, my point is that nothing in this world is 100% secure.  Including Atomic-Trade.  The two errors that crop up that are shown, sorry, but they throw some serious red flags because with errors in packet inspection and time stamps, I think it might be easy for someone to spoof the system.  I await an 3rd party security check of their system, complete with hack attempts then post the results.  I bet they won't because it will find flaws.

Just chill out and let people do their job and give them some time.  I had almost 42M CTM and a million Moon...so I am in this as well.
