Hi all. I was hoping that somebody here would be able to help me. I tried to make a transaction from my Exodus to Binance. After pending for about an hour or so, it said on Exodus that my transaction was sent and my balance on Exodus was reduced appropriately. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive it in my Binance wallet.

I was worried that my QR code had scanned incorrectly, but I confirmed that the addresses matched. I checked a couple of different blockchain explorers and none of them showed the transaction as even existing using the transaction ID that Exodus provided. I checked my wallet balance on the blockchain and it said my Bitcoin is still in my wallet, but Exodus still shows my balance as zero after the send.

Is there an easy way to recover my bitcoin or do I need to wait it out? Any help would be appreciated, thank you.

Edit: Thanks for the help in this thread. I was able to fix the issue and recover my funds.
