Hi, On inspection, I don't see anything about the hashboards that would suggest that they're fried, next I'm going to give them a good clean. All three were working fine until recently and I would be surprised if an event happened that fried them all simultaneously, hence why I suspect the power supply. That might be hope giving me bias though. Unfortunately, I don't have another machine that I can swap parts out with to test, that would make it easy. The LED shows red, which means that the miner is in an overheated state. I've tried resetting the machine but it stays in that state. Thanks for the link, I will review further. I will also look for a new PSU, that itself looks challenging. Thanks again for looking. J.

I have tried reseating the cables without any change. I have also physically removed the hashboards and tried each, one at a time. I then also tried hashboard 1 in the other two positions. The log stays the same no matter the combination.

Hi,

So this 1166 is down. Things have been running pretty well, and it has been very solid. Something went wrong with the power, there was a short with the cable that tripped the circuit. I put in a new cable which restored everything however it now will not mine. The warning LED constantly shows red, which the manual states is an "overheated" state, even after a reset.

Here are a few things that I've worked out;

The power supply is throwing an error 2048 and this page

So it looks like the PSU has failed. Would that explain why it cannot find the hash boards?

So, I'm thinking that rather than three hash boards being cooked at the same time, the PSU has failed. I'm asking;
1/ is my thinking fair or am I missing something and the thing is cooked?
2/ does anyone know where I can source a PSU3300-01 PLUS1 or can I use other models? (I see that PSU3300-01 PLUS, PSU3300-02 PLUS, PSU3300-03 PLUS, PSU3300-02 PLUS1, PSU3300-02 PLUS1, PSU3300-03 PLUS1 have all been used in 1166pros)

I'm having almost the exact same problem with a 1166pro75. I've been trying to update the firmware but get an unhelpful "update faild" error. I'll let you know if I work out anthing else. J.
