thank you for your guesses, but I have been trading for a while in exchange.blockchain.com from an authorized country, and the reason is one single trasaction I made from my own blockchain.com wallet to my exchange.blockchain.com wallet, it´s weird...

Has anyone suffered his account being blocked by exchange.blockchain.com?
I came to be under scrutiny because of a supposed breach of terms, and for more than 4 weeks I have my account suspended and all my BTCs and EURs blocked.
I asked for the reason but they (support) say they are not allowed.
Any chances of getting my funds back?
Isn´t this illegal?
