Kraken are stealing customers money and not answering support tickets.

Beware of Kraken.
They have repeatedly ignored stop loss orders and thereby liquidating accounts.
They will steal everything from you if you trade there.

Their support will never answer, because they know it´s illegal what they´re doing.

Trade on kraken is very risky.
They wont let you see how much they´ve stolen from you.
That´s why it´s hidden.

They will ignore your stop loss orders and liquidate your account.

good luck with that....it's just too bad, but i feel that people were overextended.
It happened to me before in regular markets, but i don't play with margin anymore.

I dont expect any result, but I have evidence, so I might as well try.

I´m done with kraken for sure.

My account (5000 euros) has now been wiped out due to failing stop losses on kraken. (ETF dump)
This is not the first time that this has happened for me and a quick search reveals that this happened for alot of people.

I have notified kraken, that I expect full compensation or I will report them to the police.
I just want others to know, that trading on kraken.com is highly risky as stop orders fail repeatedly.
