From my understanding, the dev asked bittrex for  the coin supply to be halved to increase the value of the coin. Now, if bittrex didn't half everyones coins quantity, the holders would all be 2 times richer than before the changeover. Who is going to be paying this 2X profit in BTC? It would be Bittrex out of their own pockets. If bittrex didn't half peoples coins quantity, what's stopping every other dev doing the same? Bittrex would be bankrupt the same day if it ever actually happened that way, so they half peoples coins quantity, and the value doubles.

Nope. I just think bittrex halved everyone's coins. Non of my coins were reserved, yet i still lost approx half of them.

Nope. Haven't moved it at all since i sent it from the exchange. It's all in the wallet. It is however staking only 1055 coins. Surely it should be staking the full amount if i sent it all in one go?

EDIT. I'll just add a little correction here too. I sent 5CLD from exchange to wallet. It took 30+mins to arrive. I then sent the remaining 4000+ to wallet. Took 30 seconds this time. I then sent 5CLD back to exchange.

I think i'll have to leave it if i can't get the lottery thing to work then. I sent 2 CLD from bittrex to wallet to test the transaction. It took over half hour, but finally arrived. I then sent the remaining 4000+ coins from exchange to wallet and they were in within 30 seconds. Just a bug in the blockchain i guess

^^That's the address the wallet generated which is the same address i pasted into bitrex to withdraw the CLD to the wallet. I can't find any other address(s) in the wallet software.

I still can't enter! Am i doing this wrong? Receive coins tab, copy the address, paste it into your site? Still saying i need 300 coins? I've got many more than that in the wallet. Have done for almost 24 hours now.

That isn't working on the prize giveaway. The coins have been in wallet for over 8 hours now, and when i enter one of the address in IE's lottery, it says i need min of 300 coins. Isn't there a main wallet address that is assigned to you when you install a wallet? Like a master wallet address? I think that is what Ie's site is asking for, but where do i find it?

I must admit that i've been holding since around 7k sat all the way upto the peak-then all the way back down again. My own stupid fault for being naive thinking it will go up and up forever. I lost the chance to take a clean £2300. Now i've just today sold all my BC and lost £40. I see this as a lesson learned in the world of crypto, and that is, no matter how promising the developer is, no matter how much hype it gets or media attention, or innovation- things can go very wrong for a coin in a short amount of time. I wish you blackcoiners luck in your venture, and i will be back on the blackcoin WHEN not IF the train starts to move again, but for now, bagholding is no fun, i need some excitement back in crypto. The sort of excitement i got when we struggled to pass 10ksats and it shot up to an ATH.

Well, i would say you've entered at just the right time. BC/BLK has been dragged through shit, but still smells of roses. There's more shit to come no doubt, but it'll rise again no doubt about it. Plenty of shitcoins have come and gone. Most of them a copy/paste of BC/BLK. BC/BLK is still here, the nobrots have left, and the community/dev team are as strong as ever.

Thanks for quick reply. I have no idea wth happened, but it scared this shit outta me. My laptop wallet is still showing a balance of 7453BC, even after rebooting, but the desktop wallet is only showing 9BC. It should show the same as laptop wallet. It has done for the past couple of weeks. I haven't altered anything except for updating one of the wallets to the latest one, but as long as 1 of them is showing the correct balance, then my worry is kinda settled for now. All i can say is, thank god i had another wallet installed on another machine, otherwise i would most likely be thinking i'm down all those coines right now. I'm putting it down to an error in the way the old and new wallets work, and i'm blaming the new wallet.

Guys, could use some help here. I have 2 pc's. One is a laptop with the older version of the blackcoin wallet on, and on the other is a desktop pc the latest blackcoin wallet. Both pc's had the same wallet.dat file in, but the wallet on the desktop pc running the latest wallet is showing 7444BC less than the laptop wallet running the older wallet. I've been betting some coins on Blackcoinbet.com using the laptop running the old wallet. I put a  25BC bet on for spain to draw with chile. After turning my desktop pc on with the newer wallet installed, i let it sync, and it's saying i sent 7393 BC to blackcoinbet, but on my laptop, it is correct in saying i only sent 25 BC. Can anyone explain this? I'm too scared to turn either machine off now in case i lose these coins.
