Hi, Has anyone of you used circle.com ? Is it possible to link Indian bank accounts and then buy and sell bitcoins ? Is it legal to use circle.com in India?

Hi, I saw the flow of payment processing on https://www.unocoin.com/merchants.php . How do you handle volatility risk for merchant as the payment reaches merchant account in 3 days ?
