i have a company
my business is about Website Design, SEO, Network Marketing...
i have a team about 16 members,we doing well to keep this company grow well.
i think if we can have a cooperation about itc, i like the idea of this coin,and the giveway is very fair.the community is full of IT people.

Did you already ask this issue to the bter?

I also have experienced it, but my case occurred in bittrex.
I call support, and finally the problems can be resolved quickly.

I think you also have to contact bter support to ask about this problem.

i asked to the bter..
they told me that the coin has been sent...
and ask me to check my wallet...
i backup my wallet.dat and delete all files, download a new wallet...but the problem still the same...
