Even with a verified business account and transactions of over 1000 dollars?

I need the coins within the next 2 hours. What other coins can I buy using paypal, and then use them as collateral in here? and how long will this process take?

I'm currently working on a project and I'm in need of 0.06 BTC. Unfortunately I have to pay using bitcoins which is a pain in the ***. I can pay using paypal and can provide the statement for 1 year ( I have a business account)
