Well just completed this promotion, had to KYC to get the prize kinda caught me off guard. Then around 10-20 minutes later I got forced signed out, contacted their support who then says I violated TOS and to contact their email about it. Hoping that this is just a mistake they made, one they can rectify.

Definitely not a good first experience with the new management :|.
